  2. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with sugar until a creamy white mass is formed. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt. Mix flour with cornstarch and vanilla sugar. Mix the protein foam with the yolks, gradually add the flour, mixing with a whisk.

  • Sugar - 60 g.

  • Raw yolk - 1 pc.
  • Ground nuts (almonds, walnuts or peanuts) - 60 g.
  • Salt - 1 small pinch;
  • Poppy - 160 g.

  • Honey or jam - 0.5 cups;
  • Raisins - 0.5 cups;
  • Cream - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;

Cooking

  1. Mix poppy seeds with honey.
  2. Rinse the raisins separately with hot water. Then add it to the poppy.

Roll with poppy seeds, raisins and cinnamon

Delicious poppy seed roll with fragrant and sweet filling of poppy seeds steamed in milk, raisins and ground cinnamon. Try it too!

Ingredients:

For dough:

  • Wheat flour - 260 g.
  • Salt - 1 pinch;
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • Butter - 50 g.
  • Milk - 6 tbsp. spoons;
  • Butter - 50 g.
  • Sugar - 130 g.
  • Milk - 80 ml.
  • Poppy - 230 g.
  • Raisins - 60 g.
  • Ground cinnamon - 3 pinches;

Additionally:

  • Powdered sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Butter (margarine) - 40 g. For lubricating the dough.

Cooking

  1. Let's make the dough first. Sift flour, add milk, sugar, salt and melted butter to it. Knead the dough well, then roll it into a ball, wrap it in foil and leave it warm for 20 minutes.
  2. We make the filling. Grind poppy, mix with raisins, cinnamon, sugar. Pour hot milk (so that the steam is straight), mix well and wait for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, grease a little with oil, lay out the filling, roll up the roll.
  4. Put on a baking sheet, grease the roll with oil. Put in the oven (preheat to 180 degrees) for 45-50 minutes.
  5. Important point! From time to time during the baking process, you need to lubricate the roll with oil. The dough should be as well soaked as possible.
  6. We decorate the finished product with powdered sugar.
  • Poppy can be steamed in milk, condensed milk, syrup, juice or plain water.
  • The aroma of both the dough and the filling can be diversified with: cinnamon, cocoa powder, vanilla.
  • In addition to poppy seeds, nuts and raisins, bananas, dried cherries, jam, yogurt, curd mass can be added to the filling.
