The choice is huge, just choose and cook. According to all recipes, you can make stuffed quail eggs, the only inconvenience is that they are too small.

Often, when stuffing, it is proposed to use mayonnaise, but this makes the dish more high-calorie. Replace with cottage cheese, sour cream, heavy cream.

To prepare mushroom filling for stuffing eggs, take any mushrooms - boiled, fresh (champignons will do), pickled and dried. I propose to get acquainted with the basic cooking recipe, the rest of the options, with a change in some nuances (I will indicate them in each specific recipe), are done in the same way.

We will need:

  • Eggs + mushrooms fried with onions, pepper and salt, mayonnaise - mix all this with the yolk.

Preparation of stuffed eggs with mushrooms:

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs (find out by clicking on the link).
  2. Make the filling: fry very finely chopped fresh or dry mushrooms (pre-soak dried mushrooms for several hours, I think this is understandable). Add the onion and fry everything together.
  3. Cut the eggs in half or lengthwise, separate the yolks and mash them with a fork. Some girls rub on a grater, I use a regular fork, if the yolk is not overcooked, it crumbles easily.
  4. Add overcooked mushrooms, a bit of mayonnaise to the yolks, salt, pepper and thoroughly rub the entire filling, making it even.
  5. Stuff the egg halves and decorate with herbs.

Several options for eggs stuffed with mushrooms:

  • Yolk + mushrooms, onions, sour cream, nutmeg, salt.
  • Yolk + fried mushrooms, sour cream. Separately, fry the chopped yolk itself a little in butter, it will be much tastier.
  • Yolk + fried champignons or other mushrooms, fried onions, ham, mayonnaise.

The second most popular option. With cheese, fillings for eggs are also quick and easy, it will be especially tasty if you add garlic. I won’t tell you a step-by-step recipe, it’s easy here: add cheese and other ingredients to the yolks, then fill the halves of the proteins.

  • Yolk + hard cheese, green onions, spinach, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.

When the eggs are cooked, drain the hot water, fill them with cold water, and leave it in it for a few minutes. Then peel off the shell, being careful not to damage the protein.


Cut lengthwise into two even pieces.


Take out the yolk.

  • Cheese - 50 g;
  • Ham (meat, sausage) - 100 g
