  • 3-4 medium potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • bunch of parsley.

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and place in a saucepan. Add 1.5 liters of water and put the pot on fire.

While the water is boiling, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Add them to boiling water.

Boil the vegetables until tender, then add Hochland melted cheese to the soup. Once the cheese has melted, your soup is ready.

Now finely chop the garlic and parsley and sprinkle over the soup before serving.

I used to buy ordinary cheeses, hard ones, as they seemed to me of better quality. But now these cheeses have risen in price so much that it is impossible to buy at all. So I switched to processed cheeses.

Of course, of all the cheeses that I tried, Hochland turned out to be the best.

Its taste differs significantly from the taste of other processed cheeses. Very unusual, I must say.

This cheese also contains a lot of different additives, which contribute to improving the taste of the cheese.

I also like cheese with ham, mushrooms, herbs and other delicious ingredients.

I can't really say anything about the quality. Naturally, as with other foods, Hochland cheese contains some chemicals. Without it, no product is produced now.

This cheese can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. Then it will start to spoil, so you don't need to delay it, although you don't have to delay it - the cheese is very tasty and is unlikely to stay in the refrigerator for a long time.

It is not very expensive, as it is melted.

Cheese is very unusual, tender. The sandwich is very filling and tasty. Just what you need for breakfast and lunch.

The dollar is growing, winter is coming ...)))
With winter in our Siberias (c), this time it’s really somehow not very good - windy, damp, sometimes cold and completely snowless. If you drive 200 kilometers from Abakan, there are snowdrifts to your waist, and not a single snowflake in the city.
The price tags for ordinary products also add dullness to the soul and fuel to the fire - “yesterday there were three rubles, but big, and today five, but small.” Here, it’s really not far to the subsidiary farm))) Well, you can plant potatoes, carrots, roses for the joy of the eyes. Get a cow! Well, I’m unlikely to decide on this, but for now in my district (in the village) I cherish the hope that someone will start cattle, and I will start buying fresh milk, sour cream and cottage cheese not in the market, but right on the next street . Come on, just milk at least! I'll make my own! And then cheese cakes, and cheesecakes, and from cottage cheese.
I just found an amazing cheese recipe here - with the simplest and most affordable ingredients, you can make a whole bowl of the freshest creamy processed cheese!
My hare will sell his account in World of Tanks, his mother and Motherland for cheese)) "Tubes" and triangles of processed Hochland are always in a strategic reserve in the refrigerator, all sorts of "pigtails" and chunks of maasdam are held in high esteem, the Hare admits that he only eats curd cheese in batches because the name has the word "cheese")))
In general, if there is such a raw foodist and cheese lover in your environment, this recipe is definitely for you! Melted cheese is easy to make!

Would need:

  • 500 grams of 5% cottage cheese (I like the local Sibirzhinka)
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 teaspoon (no top) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon regular baking soda

From the inventory you need to prepare:

  • the main bowl or pan in which everything will happen
  • water bath (larger pot of boiling water)
  • spatula for mixing (you can use a blender)
  • whisk for more even mixing
  • container for the finished product (jars, containers)

It doesn't get easier!
1. We take the main bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth, though it still won’t work out perfectly smooth - grains of cottage cheese will remain.

2. Put the bowl / pan in a water bath and heat, stirring with a whisk. You can do without a water bath - then be prepared that the mass at some point will begin to burn to the bottom, no matter how well you mix. As a result, we get a spoiled saucepan and cheese with a “specific” taste.
From a high temperature, the cottage cheese begins to melt and the mass becomes liquid. At first, there are still curd grains in it, and then it becomes a homogeneous texture. It is not necessary to bring to a boil - as soon as the consistency has become liquid and smooth - remove from heat.

3. We grease the form for the finished product with vegetable oil (you can cover it with parchment paper) and pour the cheese from the saucepan.
On a cold spoon, it immediately freezes in hard drops ...

... a trembling foam immediately appears on the surface, like on boiled milk.

Immediately after cooking, you won’t be able to enjoy the melted cheese - it’s too liquid, but when it cools down, it hardens right on the knife. But if you remove it for 8-10 hours (or better for a day) in a cool place, do not touch or stir, then something magical happens inside and the cheese acquires the familiar texture of processed cheese - tender, slightly stretchy.

Cheese keeps well in the refrigerator for about two weeks. True, if the refrigerator is equipped with the No Frost system, then you need to put the bowl in a bag or close the container tightly, otherwise there will be a dried crust on top. It just keeps in a cool place for a week, does not exfoliate, does not change the taste - and this is without any preservatives and stabilizers, only from natural ingredients!
Well, the taste is the same, the classic taste of Hochland cream cheese!

The output is an honest half a kilo of cheese.
By the way, before pouring the cheese into containers, you can mix in fried onions, champignons, bacon, herbs, dried tomatoes and peppers, and in general everything your heart desires!
Enjoy!

Flaws:

  • solid chemistry

Convenient for traveling, Hochland cheese began to simply disappoint with its simply terrible composition. Processed cheese, very tasty, well applied to bread, but consists of one chemistry. If you look and take a closer look at the composition, you can understand that there is nothing more than solid chemistry. The cheese is very tasty, thanks to additional flavor enhancers and concentrates that simply make the processed cheese a masterpiece.

I like that the cheese is very conveniently packaged. You can take it with you on picnics and on the road. But quality.

I don't buy this cheese anymore. Why waste money on your health? I don't see any point in this.

I bought this curd cheese in Auchan. In general, that I have chronic pancreatitis, but I very rarely want to treat myself to something.

But there are moments that you really want and you “score” on the composition.

I bought Hochland cheese without looking, because I really wanted to buy something so light for a morning sandwich.

For some reason, I was sure that this cheese is not as fatty as it turns out (

In the morning I made myself a sandwich and took a bite .. At first I didn’t understand what it was. Some sour taste, well, in short, I did not expect a strange taste. Maybe with greens - that means with green onions?

Taste for an amateur, definitely. I was disappointed (Plus, everything is also fat.

Yes, you can buy and try, but I don’t advise those who have pancreatitis, and the taste will disappoint and be greasy, and the composition, in principle, is not very good.

In the morning for breakfast, I sometimes prefer a quick snack with some soft cheese that can be spread on bread. Therefore, I often buy new cheeses in search of my favorite. Recently, Hochland curd cheese with greens appeared in my refrigerator.

The cute packaging makes you reach for it on the store shelf. By the way, the price for 140 grams is about 60 rubles. Packed in a traditional plastic tub. Under the top cover there is a protective membrane made of thick foil with a snack recipe. Very cute.

The texture of the cheese is very soft and silky. There are fragments of greens in the cheese. By the way, apart from onions, there are no greens there, even in the composition, so I don’t understand, in fact, why it wasn’t called Cheese with onions. Even the taste of cheese is very oniony. Why mislead the buyer?

I make myself such mini sandwiches with brown bread (I think it tastes better this way). Well, in general, to be honest, this cheese is not very good for me. We have not been able to finish eating these unfortunate 140 grams for a week now.

Thanks to all! See you soon!

Br-rr-r.. disgusting

I bought the same cheese, only without the addition - it's just super, I really like it. Well, I think it’s necessary to somehow diversify your morning breakfast (because in the morning I mostly have breakfast with sandwiches, then I try to constantly change either the filling or the sauce). I took and bought this cheese with greens (more precisely, with a solid onion), the onion is visible in the cheese. The taste may be for an amateur, but in my family no one liked it AT ALL, and without using it to the end I threw it in the trash. Wouldn't buy it again and would recommend to others. Muck in general is rare.

Oh yes, it's still not cheap stuff.

Advantages:

  • comfortable triangles
  • different tastes

Flaws:

Processed pasty cheese Hochland "Assorted cheese" is very harmful but tasty) Fragrant and with various additives, just a pleasure that does not need to be consumed very often. I wonder how much they put in there. Wow. But delicious. Although there are many who do not look at the harmfulness of products ... This is a personal matter for everyone.

Cheeses are tender, they will go with any sandwiches or just with a loaf. Good breakfast, lunch, dinner. For any season. I absolutely do not recommend this for children. Too bad composition. So it is clear from the triangles that the parts that are contained there will not be very useful, on the contrary.

In general, the cheese is normal. Out of 5 points, I would still give him 4, although he is the most delicious to me, but the composition is still the same. Nuclear. Thanks for reading my honest review ;)

Have a nice day and good mood)

Advantages:

  • Delicious

Flaws:

I love cheese.

I eat cheese with nuts, Adyghe, I love soft and melted cheese. I tried this cheese, because I love the usual classic cheese from Hochland.

And I have no doubt that these will be delicious. Cheeses are packed in a round cardboard package. They have a normal composition, albeit a longish one.

Each cheese is packed hermetically. You can take it anywhere with you. The calorie content of this cheese is average.

Cheese exudes a pleasant sour-milk flavor, a little salty. The taste is pleasant, soft, melts in your mouth. You can buy now in any store.

It saturates perfectly, is easily spread on bread, goes well with rye bread, with crispbread, with bran. There are eight curds in a pack.

Eat quickly.

The shelf life is not very long.

Average cost.

I advise you to try.

I don’t particularly distinguish between the tastes of emmental, maasdam. It just looks like plain cream cheese to me.

Advantages:

  • low price
  • delicate texture
  • delicate creamy taste

Literally half a year ago, I "got hooked" on rolls, in addition, my husband really fell in love with them! In our cafe, cooks were recently trained in this art, so I spied on what, and how it is done! One fine day, I decided to “roll” my favorite tori-maki at home on my own. I bought rice, rice vinegar, nori sheets and other ingredients, but I had to look for cheese, I didn’t find Philadelphia in our stores, I thought everything was canceled! So no, one kind seller girl advised Curd Cheese Hochland Creamy Creamy Curd Cheese, I decided to take it, especially since it costs 37 rubles (if it doesn’t fit, then it’s not a pity to throw it away). When we had a tasting of the rolls, we were very satisfied, especially cheese - simply awesome in combination with the rest of the ingredients! Now we buy Hochland Creamy curd cheese in 5 pieces, and almost every day we have rolls.

I love this cheese for breakfast. I spread a thin slice of bread with this cheese, put sausage on top, with coffee it turns out very tasty and satisfying. I don't want to eat before lunch.

I respect Hochland brand products, and soft cheeses in general. I always try when new flavors come out. This one, of course, was no exception. Bought 2 packs at once. I tried it at breakfast, the taste is soft creamy and onion. I love green cheeses. This one in particular is really with onions, but since I like onions in food, this is rather a plus. In the evening, friends came in, made eggs stuffed with cheese. They are just made from a mixture of cheese, yolk and greens. And there is no need for greenery. I added a couple of sprigs for decoration and it turned out great. Under the wine, everything just dispersed.
