Cucumbers are washed and cut into circles, juice is obtained from washed tomatoes by passing them through a meat grinder. Garlic is crushed, tomato puree, little vegetable, salt and sugar are added. The mixture is put on the stove, heated to a boil, cucumbers are added, mixed and boiled for seven minutes after boiling.
