It was love at first sight, at first bite. She became mutual - I love pancakes, pancakes love me. Happiness is when such mutual understanding ...

In this “pancake family” there is one very bright representative. It is with him that we will begin. These are chocolate custard pancakes with chocolate and berries...

I want to dedicate my first recipe in this topic to all chocoholics. What is the best way to express love and care, if not to cook something that your loved ones will be completely delighted with. We will need:

  • 500 ml kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr. Sahara
  • a pinch of salt
  • 270 gr. flour
  • 30 gr. cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 art. l. vegetable oil
  • 200 ml milk

Prepare pancakes as follows:

  1. Mix kefir, soda, sugar, salt and eggs with a whisk. Gradually add flour and cocoa. The dough is thick, like pancakes.
  2. We boil milk. Constantly stirring the dough, pour in the boiled milk.
  3. Our dough has become more liquid, slightly thicker in consistency than regular pancake dough with milk. We introduce vegetable oil.
  4. Everything, the preparation of future pancakes is ready. The dough should rest for 30 minutes.
  5. We bake in a frying pan, well heated and greased with vegetable oil. Before baking a new pancake, go over the pan with a silicone brush dipped in vegetable oil.

For cooking, you need to prepare the following products: 500 ml of milk, 80 g of dark chocolate, 1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder, 1 cup flour, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. l. liqueur or dark rum, 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. l. butter, vegetable (for baking) and salt.

Cooking method:

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour in 250 ml of warm milk. Beat the remaining milk with 1 cup of the sifted flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Add the beaten eggs and stir. If the dough is too liquid, add more flour.
Melt the butter and add to the batter with melted chocolate and rum. Mix thoroughly and leave for 2-3 hours.

Then we heat the pan and grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour in 1 ladle of dough and make circular motions with the pan so that it spreads over the entire surface. Cooking 1 min. Flip over with a spatula to the other side and cook for 30 seconds. Then transfer to a bowl with a lid and brush with a little butter. Serve with confiture.

Chocolate pancake dessert

To prepare this recipe, you need products: 250 g flour, 2.5 cups of milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder, vanillin, 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, salt; for the filling: 100 g goat cheese, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, 20 g butter and strawberries for decoration - 6 pcs.

Cooking method:

We heat the chilled milk to room temperature and prepare a large container in which the dough for chocolate pancakes will be stirred. Whisk eggs with vanilla, sugar and salt. Mix the flour with cocoa powder and add the mixture in portions to the beaten eggs, and then dilute everything with warmed milk. It is not necessary to introduce flour directly into the milk, as this may form lumps.

After the process of kneading the dough is completed, adjust its consistency by adding milk or water if necessary. The result should be enough batter so that the pancakes are not tasteless and unnecessarily thick. Then we prepare the pan and grease it. Add half of the cooked sunflower oil to the dough and start baking the dessert. Prepare a plate next to the pan for the finished product.

To prepare the filling, take a couple of pancakes and cut into small pieces. Then fry them in butter, if desired, sprinkle with sugar. Cool the fried pancakes and mix them with sour cream and finely chopped goat cheese. Then we spread the resulting filling on the pancake and turn it into a roll.

Cut the pancake roll into pieces of 4-5 cm and spread on the prepared plate. Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Decorate her dessert. Also on a plate, next to the dessert, you can put a fresh sprig of mint. It will complement the aroma of the dish and make its appearance more refined and attractive.

Recipe for chocolate pancakes with cottage cheese

Consider the recipe for making pancakes for children. To make the dough, you will need the following ingredients: 1 cup milk-based whey, 2-3 eggs, 1 cup premium wheat flour, 1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder, a little salt, soda at the tip of a teaspoon, 1 tbsp. l. vegetable refined oil.

To make the filling, we will prepare the following products: 200 g low-fat cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream (25%), 2 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Cooking method:

Whisk the eggs in a deep bowl and season with salt. Add whey. Add sugar and beat with a whisk. Then pour the flour into the liquid, pre-mixed with soda. Beat the dough again and add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. In order for the dishes to have the taste of real chocolate, we use cocoa powder with a cocoa content of 99.98%.

Now let's add 1 tbsp. l. cocoa and mix again gently so that the cocoa powder cannot spill over the edges of the bowl. Without greasing the pan, bake thin pancakes. Cool the finished chocolate pancakes slightly so that the filling does not spread.
For the filling we take sour cream, cottage cheese and sugar. Grind everything with a fork until smooth and grease the chocolate pancake with it on one side. Then roll it up into a tube. Cut into slices across the pancake and serve.

Ingredients:

  • For test: wheat flour - 800 g, milk - 600 g, eggs - 4 pcs., sugar - 30 g, salt - 3 g.
  • For filling: walnut (chopped) - 180 g, rum - 50 g, sugar - 150 g, butter - 60 g, raisins - 20 g, milk - 50 g, orange (zest) - 1 pc.

Ingredients:

250 g flour, 250 g milk, 50 g cream, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. tablespoons cocoa powder, 2-3 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar, 100 g butter, 2 oranges, 4–6 tbsp. spoons of orange liqueur.

Cooking:

1. To make pancakes with chocolate, sift flour into an enameled bowl, pour an egg into the center. Add powdered sugar (1 tablespoon), cocoa powder, milk and cream, mix. If necessary, pour in a little water until the desired consistency is obtained. Leave the resulting liquid dough for 30 minutes.

2. Grease a hot frying pan with butter, bake pancakes on both sides. Transfer the pancakes to a warmed dish, place in a warm oven. Remove the zest from one orange with a grater in a saucer. Peel both oranges, remove the white skin, cut into circles (0.5 cm each).

3. Prepare orange butter by mixing 50 g of softened butter with the remaining powdered sugar and orange zest.

4. Melt about half of the orange oil in a large frying pan, fry the orange circles. Warm the pancakes in the remaining orange oil. Fold each pancake in half to make triangles.

5. Move the circles of oranges to the edge of the pan, place the prepared pancakes in the center, heat up. Pour the dish with liquor, set it on fire and serve immediately.

  • 1 glass of milk
  • half a glass of kefir
  • half a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • finely grated zest of half an orange
  • 3 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp soda

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Dark chocolate - 100 g
  • Egg - 3 pcs.
  • Sugar (in the dough - 50 g, in the sauce - 40 g) - 90 g
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Flour (approximately) - 150 g
  • Orange - 2 pcs.
  • Butter - 30 g

Prepare dough. Bring milk to a boil. Dissolve chocolate in hot milk and set aside. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar. In another bowl, beat egg whites to peaks, adding a pinch of salt.

Pour butter, milk into the yolk-sugar mixture and add flour with cocoa powder. The dough should be the consistency of thin sour cream. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter. Pour the dough into the pan, fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides.

Prepare the sauce. Melt butter with sugar over low heat. When the sugar dissolves, pour in the juice of 1 orange and 1 tablespoon of zest. Then add 1 orange, peeled and cut into pieces.   • Flour 200 g
  • Sugar 50 g
  • Cocoa powder 50 g

  • Milk 500 ml

  • Almond flour 50 g

Cooking:

Lightly dilute the dough with milk and bake thin pancakes in a pancake pan.

Prepare cream. Bring milk to a boil.

Mix eggs, yolks and sugar well.

Add flour and starch to the eggs, mix and combine with boiling milk. Cook over low heat with slight stirring until thickened.
