There is simply a huge number of types of this sweetness, they differ in the components added to them, forms and fillings. So, for example, in shape and size, one can distinguish such types as: rolled Turkish delight, sliced, Arabic, two-layer, cubic and children's. By type of filling: fig, honey, nut, fruit and white.

This time we will bring to your attention a recipe for making fruit Turkish delight from natural raspberries. The recipe for Turkish delight from berries is very simple, you can upgrade it a bit, add almonds, peanuts to it and you will already get Turkish delight with other tastes.
You can replace raspberries with strawberries, blackberries, wild strawberries, cherries, or a ripe and soft peach. It's raspberry season now and I'm using raspberries, look how beautiful Turkish delight it turned out.

How to cook Turkish Delight at home

We begin the preparation of Turkish delight by dissolving citric acid in water. To do this, pour about 2 tbsp into a cup. warm water and add 0.5 tsp to it. citric acid. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. You can use the juice of half a lemon in this case - squeeze it. By the way, agar-agar can be replaced with gelatin if you don’t find the first one.

Raspberries - 200 g will be washed and sent to the blender bowl for grinding.

Grind the mass as finely as possible.
It is not necessary to separate the bones through a sieve, you can make Turkish delight with seeds, but if you wish, work hard to remove them. Not everyone is pleased when the bones fall on the tooth.

Add agar-agar to chopped raspberries.

And add 130 g of powdered sugar to the resulting mass (chopped raspberries). Let's mix everything well. Add lemon juice at this stage.

We will send the whole mass to the pan and put it on a slow fire. Stir constantly with a spatula. In no case do not allow boiling! Otherwise, Turkish delight will not work.

Remove the mass from the fire and cool it. After it has cooled, beat with a mixer for about 4-5 minutes. The mass should become lighter and thicker. Then we place it in a silicone mold. Agar-agar hardens very quickly at room temperature, so just set aside the form with raspberries for 20-30 minutes until fully cooked.

We draw out the resulting "tile" on parchment paper.

Sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar. Cut into squares with a sharp knife.

And serve Turkish delight to the table! Here we have such a delicious Turkish delight!
You need to store it in the refrigerator, it is desirable to eat it within 3 days, but I don’t think that there will be a problem to eat such yummy.
