Pour the fried dumplings with hot water so that the water covers them halfway. As soon as the liquid boils, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to medium. No need to salt!

After 5 minutes, open the lid and turn on the maximum fire. Now you need to evaporate the excess liquid.

As soon as the liquid almost evaporates, we begin to gently mix the dumplings so that they are evenly fried and slightly dried.

The secret to making crispy dumplings is choosing the right pan. The non-stick coating should be without damage and chips, perfectly smooth. Then the dumplings will not stick and tear.
