Cooking method:

1. First of all, let's prepare the batter. Break into a bowl, add three tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise.

2. Add grated on a fine grater and salt, mix everything thoroughly. With cheese, the chicken is tender and very tasty.

3. Pour the sifted flour, mix so that there are no lumps left, and the mass becomes homogeneous. Flour may take a little less or a little more. Add it gradually, the batter of the desired consistency will resemble dough for pancakes.
