The variety of salads is great, they are divided into several types. For example, there are salads cold, warm or hot. Also, all salads are divided into vegetable, mushroom or fish. We can say that any gourmet will be able to choose the most delicious and desirable salad recipe for himself, he can combine his preferred ingredients in the recipe.
So most often we create, as it seems to us, the most delicious and satisfying salads at home. Today I am very pleased to share with you a recipe for a delicious and hearty salad with pasta and tuna called Maestro de Oliva. To prepare it, you will need to buy some ingredients, as they are unlikely to be in your refrigerator. Well, let's look at this list.




Ingredients for Maestro de Oliva Salad.
- pasta - 200 grams,
- tuna (canned) - 200 grams,
- olives - ½ jar,
- fresh tomatoes 3-4 pcs.,
- fresh parsley - 1 bunch,
- olive oil - 5-6 tbsp. spoons
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon,
- honey - 1 teaspoon,
- mustard - 1 teaspoon.

So, since our salad contains pasta in the ingredients, of course, the first thing we need to do is prepare it. Therefore, put water in a saucepan and heat it to a boil. Lightly salt to taste. After that, we fall asleep the right amount of pasta in boiling water and cook them until tender. Be careful, overcooked pasta is not allowed for salad! After the pasta is ready, we throw it in a colander, rinse and transfer to a separate container.




Then we move on to tomatoes. Rinse them under running cold water. Cut the tomatoes into slices, as seen in the photo.




Remove the olives from the jar, drain the juice and cut into thin rings. I use pitted olives for salad.




We take a beautiful salad bowl, in which we actually plan to serve salad to guests. We take canned tuna meat, put it in slices in a salad bowl at the bottom. Then we spread the sliced ​​​​tomatoes, olive rings, boiled pasta there and pick the parsley leaves with our hands. We mix everything slightly and now our salad is ready - it remains only to fill it, and for this you need to prepare the dressing itself. For dressing, take olive oil, lemon juice, honey and mustard. Mix everything thoroughly.

Drain the oil from the tuna and also put it in a salad bowl. Remove the pits from the olives and then add them to the rest of the ingredients. Add vinegar, olive oil, pepper and salt to the salad. Mix well and add pasta. Mix gently and immediately put on the table.

Salad with pasta and tuna - recipe

Ingredients:

  • tuna in own juice - 2 cans;
  • pasta - 500 g;
  • olives - 12 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • pine nuts - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - 100 g;
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • olive oil - 60 ml;
  • fresh basil - 30 g;
  • fresh parsley - 20 g.

Cooking

Cook the macaroni until done, then drain the water. Grind garlic, basil, parsley. Crumble the feta cheese. Cut olives in half. Mix all prepared ingredients in a deep bowl and add olive oil and lemon juice. You can serve this salad right away.

Cold pasta and tuna salad

Ingredients:

  • pasta - 300 g;
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • tuna in oil - 1 can;
  • canned green peas - 100 g;
  • mustard - 1 teaspoon;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
  • greens;
  • freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking

Boil the pasta, then drain the water and cool them. Hard boil the eggs, cover with cold water, peel and cut into 4 pieces. Drain the fat from the tuna and cut the fish into small pieces. Mix pasta, green peas and tuna. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl. Prepare the sauce: rub mustard with olive oil, add 1 tablespoon of oil, which was filled with tuna, add lemon juice and chopped herbs, mix well. Pour the salad with the resulting sauce, lay the eggs on top and sprinkle it all with freshly ground black pepper.

Boil the pasta, and then drain the water from them. We also cook green beans until tender, and then pour cold water over them so that they do not lose their color. We chop the onion in half rings, drain the liquid from the beans and tuna. Add mustard to olive oil and stir. We combine all the ingredients and dress the salad with dressing.

    Cook pasta (macaroni) in a clay pot (pan) with water in the traditional way. As soon as it is ready, pass through a colander and cool.

    Cut the onion into small cubes.

    Cut cherry tomatoes in half

    Wash the lettuce well, tear it with your hands into strips or any shape you want.

    If you decide to add an egg to the salad, boil it and cut it into cubes.

    Take a bowl and add tuna without liquid. The same with corn. Add all other ingredients.

    Put salt and pepper to taste, a good portion of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mix well.

Done, you already have pasta and tuna salad for lunch or dinner, whatever you choose.

Don't forget to put the salad in the fridge for a while, it needs to be chilled a bit before eating.

Pasta salad with tuna and mayonnaise

Tuna and mayonnaise are good friends, so if you like, you can make a light salad with these ingredients.

Make the recipe as I explained it in this post and add a hard boiled egg, medium heat diced potatoes and a spoonful of light mayonnaise.

You can also add boiled carrots or, even better, grated ones.

In this case, there is no need to use olive oil.
