  6. At the final stage, we wrap our product in foil and place it on a baking sheet with a small amount of water, then bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a set temperature level of 200 degrees.

Meat roll with cheese

This wonderful dish will not leave anyone indifferent, as it is prepared using two types of meat and cheese.

You will need:

  • Cheese - 50 g;
  • Hard cheese - 30 g;
  • A thin layer of any meat (in this case, pork belly) - 600 g;
  • Garlic - 2 teeth;
  • Chicken fillet - 150 g;
  • One fresh tomato;
  • Sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
  • Spicy mustard - a teaspoon;
  • Salt, spices and pepper - to taste;
  • For lubrication, 2 small spoons of tomato paste and soy sauce.

Now the meatloaf recipe itself:

  1. We beat off the layer of meat a little, lay it out on the working surface, add it, season it with spices, pepper;
  2. Three types of cheese on a medium grater, add sour cream and mustard here, as well as finely chopped garlic. Thoroughly mix all the components;
  3. We distribute the cheese mass evenly over the surface of the meat. Closer to one of the edges we place thin slices of tomato, cut into a semicircle;
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into long strips and lay on top of the tomatoes, pepper a little and add salt;
  5. We turn the workpiece into a roll and carefully fasten the edges with toothpicks or tie with kitchen twine;
  6. We fold the foil in half and put our meatloaf with cheese on it and coat it with a mixture of tomato paste and soy sauce;
  7. We carefully wrap the future dish so that the foil practically does not touch the top of the product (creating something like a convex cap);
  8. We place the dish on a baking sheet and send it to the oven for an hour and a half at a temperature of 170 degrees. 20 minutes before the end of baking, the top of the foil must be removed to form a golden appetizing crust;

Serve warm or chilled, cutting the dish into portioned pieces with a sharp knife.
