Pea soup

Ingredients:

  • Meat on the bone 500-600 gr.;
  • Potato 4-6 pcs. (depending on size);
  • Carrots and onions 1 pc.;
  • Salt and pepper;
  • Bay leaves - 2-3 pieces;
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml.

Cooking:

  1. Soak peas in water to soften. If you take whole grains, then soak overnight. And if you use halves, then feel free to soak before cooking (for 2-3 hours).
  2. Rinse meat, cover with cold water, bring to a boil
  3. Remove the foam, reduce the heat and cook for an hour and a half (until the meat is separated from the bone).
  4. Remove the meat from the broth, chop into pieces, return to the pan and add the peas. Cook for another 40 minutes.
  5. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, dip after the meat in the soup.
  6. Peel and chop the carrots and onions for frying, put in a frying pan with vegetable oil, after frying, return to the pan.
  7. Salt soup, pepper, add bay leaf.
  8. Let it brew for 30 minutes.

Potato soup

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 700 gr.;
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • Carrots and onions 2 pcs.;
  • Salt pepper;
  • Greens - 1 bunch;
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the meat, cut, pour cold water, bring to a boil.
  2. Remove foam, reduce heat and cook for 1.5 hours.
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and dip into the broth, cook for another 10 minutes (until the potatoes are ready).
  4. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, wash the carrots and grate.
  5. Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the fried vegetables to the pan, salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
  7. Serve with finely chopped herbs

Lentil soup with beef

Lentils are an amazing product that is very rich in iron, protein, amino acids. The broth from it is not only tasty and satisfying, but also healthy.

Ingredients:

  • Beef tenderloin - 300 gr.;
  • Water - 2 liters;
  • Lentils - 200 gr.;
  • Medium-sized potatoes - 300 gr.;
  • Butter (it is better to take butter) - 30 gr.;
  • Onion - 60 gr.;
  • Salt and pepper;
  • Parsley greens - 1 bunch.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the meat, chop coarsely, add water and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove the foam and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
  3. Wash potatoes and cut into small cubes.
  4. Peel the onion, chop and fry in a pan.
  5. Wash the lentils.
  6. Strain the broth, cut the meat into medium pieces.
  7. Add lentils, meat, fried onions, potatoes to the broth. Salt and pepper.
  8. Cook for another 20 minutes, until the lentils are cooked.
  9. Serve with finely chopped herbs.

  • Beef tenderloin - 500-600 gr.;
  • Carrots and onions 2 pcs.;
  • Salt, pepper and spices;

  • Fresh cabbage - 400 gr.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the meat, put it in a bowl, pour 2 liters of water.
  2. Cook in the “quenching” mode for an hour and a half.
  3. Remove the meat, cut into small pieces and put back into the bowl.
  4. Peel the onion, cut into strips, peel and grate the carrots and beets, cut the cabbage into strips.
  5. Dip all the vegetables in a slow cooker, salt, pepper, add bay leaf.
  6. Cook in the "quenching" mode for another 1 hour.

  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • Water - 2 liters.

Preparation of "Beef soup with buckwheat in a slow cooker":

  1. Wash the meat, cut into small pieces and fry in the “frying” mode for 20 minutes in vegetable oil.
  2. Wash the carrots, grate, peel the onion and potatoes and cut into cubes (onion-small).
  3. Fry onions and carrots together with meat for another 10 minutes.
  4. Rinse buckwheat, put in a bowl, pour 2 liters of water.
  5. Salt, pepper, add bay leaf
  6. Cook in the "quenching" mode for 2 hours.

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 800 gr.;
  • Mushrooms - 200-250 gr.;
  • Potatoes - 6 pieces;
  • Carrots and onions 2 pcs.;
  • Salt, pepper and spices;
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the mushrooms, chop, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the water, pour another (0.5 liters) and cook for another 20 minutes.
  3. Wash the meat, cut into pieces, add water and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove the foam and cook over low heat for an hour and a half.
  5. Wash the vegetables, cut the potatoes and onions into cubes, and grate the carrots.
