How to make snail pie from pita bread step by step

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil.

  2. When the onion acquires a golden hue, add minced meat, soy sauce, salt, pepper and fry until tender, 7-10 minutes.

  3. Grate the cheese.

  4. Lay out a sheet of pita bread and put half of the minced meat on it. Top with half the amount of cheese, chopped herbs and pour a small amount of sour cream.

  5. Carry out a similar operation with the second sheet of pita bread. If space on the cutting table allows, you can fill two pita breads at the same time.
  6. Roll both lavash with filling and place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil in the shape of a snail shell.


  7. Beat the eggs with sour cream until smooth and pour so that the egg-sour cream mass evenly covers the surface.

  8. Bake at 200°C for an average of 20-25 minutes.

Step by step cooking a simple pita pie

  1. Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
