Ingredients: 5-6 young potatoes, olive oil, rosemary or other. For those who will not go to work or a date: garlic will decorate the composition.

The process itself. Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, dry, salt and pepper. We line the form with parchment or foil, lightly grease with oil. We lay out the potatoes in a row and send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour. In the meantime, we are preparing a fragrant seasoning: mix the chopped herbs with a spoonful of oil, drip vinegar there, add garlic if desired. After taking out the potatoes, lightly press each with a fork and pour over everything with the prepared mixture. Oh this crust, oh this aroma!

Baba Ganoush

Ingredients: eggplant, olive oil, spices (garlic, cumin, paprika, sesame - what was found in the cupboard).

The process itself. We keep the washed and cut eggplants in cold water for some time, then dry them and put them “soft belly” down on a baking sheet in a heated oven. After half an hour, as softened, take out, cool, remove the skin and puree. We mix seasonings with oil, mix with eggplant puree and send it all to the refrigerator for an hour. Super-snack: you can have bread, or you can do it with a spoon: whoever managed it!

Sea tomato pate

Ingredients: sea ​​fish, tomatoes, sour cream. You can add a bow to the company, if you really ask.

The process itself. We boil the fish in salted water, arrange a “contrast shower” for the tomatoes and remove the skin. We arrange a meeting for them in a blender, adding sour cream for softness, salt-pepper-season. The spread on the sandwich turns out to be very cool and original!

cucumber pate

Ingredients: 100 g of butter, cucumber (fresh or salty - or both), a thin bunch of dill (or other greens).

The process itself. Grate the peeled cucumber on a fine grater (you can also blend it, but it will be more textured) and mix with butter (which had previously stood on the table, softened and was mashed with a fork) and herbs. Great summer sandwich idea for vegans!

Cool dudes

Ingredients: chili peppers, cream cheese, bacon - in an amount depending on the number of spicy lovers.

The process itself. We blush the bacon slices in a frying pan, we do the same with peppers cut and devoid of cores. We put cheese in each pepper (if it is with additives, it’s also good!), wrap it with a piece of bacon and fix the composition with a skewer. Minute readiness for a fire-breathing party is announced!

stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients: tomatoes, minced meat, rice. You can onion-garlic-greens.

The process itself. Cut off the tops of the washed tomatoes, carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon. Attach them to a mixture of meat and rice, simmer in a skillet for 5-8 minutes. Now we fill the tomatoes with the filling, cover them with cut “lids”, set them in a mold, sprinkle well with water and send them to a preheated oven for 40 minutes. In the meantime, we proudly listen to nervous cries: “Don’t give more tomatoes in one hand!”

fried bananas

Ingredients: bananas (preferably unripe), flour, vegetable oil. For the brave in spirit - you can garlic.

The process itself. Bananas are cut into halves or circles, breaded in flour and fried on both sides - that's all! You can then sprinkle with crushed garlic and be surprised. But once you taste it, you won't be surprised for too long! I just want to ask for more.

minimalistic cheesecake

Ingredients: half a kilo of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, a can of condensed milk.

The process itself. We mix everything in a blender, put it in covered and buttered molds - and in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. When it cools down, we put it in the refrigerator for the night, and in the morning we taste the divine dessert. Italian cookies

Italians call this cookie "ugly but cute". You will need 1 egg, 80 g of sugar and 100 g of hazelnuts. In the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, roast the nuts for about 15 minutes. Then cool and chop them well.

Beat the whites, salting them, until stable peaks. Add nuts and sugar. Cookies are best placed on a sheet of baking paper at a distance of 4 cm from each other. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 30 minutes.

Pesto

All you need to make pesto at home is 200 g of basil, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mixing them in a blender until smooth, you get a great sauce.

Nutritious snack

Dried fruits and nuts are very nutritious foods. And when you need a snack, it is absolutely not necessary to buy overseas-made energy bars. You can compose something similar at home!

In a blender, you need to mix a cup of nuts that can be pre-roasted in the oven, a cup of any dried fruits and a cup of dates. You need to grind them for 1-2 minutes until a homogeneous mass.

Put the resulting mixture on a baking sheet, press the top with a cutting board to make a flat surface, and refrigerate for at least an hour. After that, you can make many small bars from the energy plate and enjoy.

First you need to grind the crackers into crumbs using a food processor. Then mix them with condensed milk in a medium bowl. Add half of the dark chocolate chips and stir. Pour the resulting mixture into the pan, after spraying it with an anti-stick spray. Bake for 10 minutes and immediately after that add the rest of the dark chocolate slices. Wait a couple of minutes until the chocolate has completely melted and spread it around the entire perimeter with a spatula. Let it cool and after that you can eat as many pieces as you like.

2. Strawberry shortbread

You will need:
1 store-bought biscuit
2.5 cups washed, peeled and thinly sliced ​​strawberries
1 tube of low fat whipped cream
After you cut the cake into 2.5 cm pieces, wash and cut the strawberries, place everything in one container and add ¾ of the low-fat whipped cream. Before serving, the cookies can be put in separate cups or on one large dish, so that everyone can take as much as they want.

3. Chocolate curls with peanut butter

The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is very well known, and you don't have to think of something very difficult to prepare to get an excellent taste. The recipe can be easy and very tasty, just like these curls.
You will need:
1½ cups peanut butter chunks
1½ pieces of chocolate
1 can of condensed milk
Combine peanut butter chunks and half a can of condensed milk and microwave for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into a wide bowl. Mix the rest of the condensed milk and chocolate pieces and also put in the microwave and heat until smooth. Pour the resulting mass into a bowl. Leave everything at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. After that, you can twist the rolls. Leave the resulting curls in the cold for 2 hours. Now you can cut and eat.

4. Cakes with chocolate fudge

You will need:
3 medium frozen bananas
½ can of almond oil
4 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 cup cream or crunchy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

20 Oreo cookies
1 teaspoon mint extract
220 gr bittersweet or white chocolate.
Separate the Oreo cookies and discard the white cream. Mix the mint extract and chocolate and melt everything in the microwave until the chocolate is completely melted. Dip each Oreo cookie wedge into the frosting and let dry.

8. Peach Pie

Peaches have an amazing flavor both fresh and in desserts like peach pie.
You will need:
1 can (330 ml)
10 calorie 7-Up
1 yellow cake mix (semi-cooked - 423 gr)
3 jars of 330 gr frozen peaches
Spread the peaches evenly in the skillet. In a large bowl, mix the muffin and 7-Up mixture well, then pour everything over the peaches into the skillet. Cover the pan with foil and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake the cake for another 30 minutes. If you want, you can put ice cream on top of the cake.

9. Coconut cookies

Crispy, chewy and delicious all at the same time, these cookies don't require any food coloring or anything other than 3 ingredients because they are so delicious.
You need:
4 egg whites
3 cups sweet coconut flakes
½ cup sugar
Beat the egg yolks and then add the sugar and coconut flakes. Mix well and, using an ice cream scoop or any other round spoon, scoop out the batter onto a baking sheet in mounds. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden. Let the cookies cool before serving.

10. Pieces of black chocolate with raspberries and pistachios

When you make a dessert with pieces of dark chocolate, raspberries and pistachios, you will get a dish that will be eaten in a matter of minutes. It's really easy to make - all you have to do is buy and melt black, milk, white or whatever chocolate you like. Then pour the melted chocolate into the pan and add the raspberries and pistachios, cut into slices. We put everything in the refrigerator until completely solidified. If you don't like raspberries and pistachios, you can try something different. But we are sure that this combination will win in terms of taste.

Avocado boats with shrimps


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 200 g shrimp (boiled-frozen or canned)
  • mayonnaise or sour cream
  • salt to taste

Process:

1. Divide the avocado in half without peeling and remove the pit.

Ingredients:

  • head of brie cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. honey
  • nuts (pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • olive oil (or any vegetable oil)

Process:

1. Put a whole small head of brie cheese into a baking dish. Make a couple of cuts on it, sprinkle with oil, cover with foil and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Bring it to a liquid state and get it.

2. Sprinkle melted cheese with chopped nuts, sprinkle with honey. Don't forget a glass of white wine. 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs. eggplant
  • 6 art. l. olive oil
  • garlic
  • spices, salt

Process:

1. Chop the garlic and fry in olive oil. Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise and brush them with garlic oil.

2. Put the halves on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

3. After baking, release the eggplant pulp from the skin. Grind the pulp in a blender until smooth, add your favorite spices and the remaining garlic oil. Once again, mix everything well in a blender.

4. Serve with slices of crispy bread.

Lavash rolls with salmon


Ingredients:

  • 3-4 sheets of lavash
  • 300-400 g lightly salted salmon
  • soft cream cheese (Philadelphia or similar)

Process:

1. Cut the salmon into thin slices. Lavash spread with cream cheese.

2. Spread the slices of salmon on the laid out pita bread so that there is a small space between the pieces of fish.

3. Roll pita bread into a roll and put in the refrigerator for an hour, wrapped in polyethylene. Cut with a sharp knife before serving.

Cherry tomatoes with shrimps


Ingredients:

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 boiled-frozen shrimp (peeled or in shell)
  • 200 g cream cheese

Process:

1. Wash cherry tomatoes and pat dry with paper towels. Cut off the top of each tomato and carefully remove the pulp. Lightly salt the inside of the tomatoes.

2. Turn them "upside down" on a paper towel to drain the juice.

3. Boil shrimp in salted water and drain in a colander. Clean and remove heads if necessary. Ponytails can be left to make it prettier.

4. Fill the tomatoes with cream cheese (you can use a pastry bag). Decorate each tomato with a shrimp.

Kiwi ice cream


Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. l. honey (or more, to taste)
  • 4 kiwi
  • 120 ml fresh lime juice (orange, lemon)

Process:

1. Peel 3 kiwis and grind them in a blender, adding honey and lime juice.

2. Cut the remaining kiwi into thin slices.

3. Put two slices of kiwi into ice cream molds near the walls, pour with a mixture from a blender and freeze in the freezer.

Nut cookies


Ingredients:

  • glass of peanut butter
  • glass of sugar
  • 1 egg

Process:

1. Mix everything and knead the dough, form cookies.

2. Bake them for about 15 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees.

Cheesecake with white chocolate


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs (yolks and whites separately)
  • 120 g white chocolate
  • 120 g cream cheese

Process:

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add cream cheese and mix well. Then add the yolks and mix again until smooth.

2. Remove the squirrels from the refrigerator, beat them with a whisk and add to the resulting mass.

3. Lubricate parchment sheets with oil and cover them with a form into which we will pour the dough.

4. In an oven preheated to 170 degrees, bake the cheesecake for 15 minutes.

5. Turn off the oven, make a small gap in the oven door and leave the dessert for another 15-20 minutes.

6. Cool the cheesecake to room temperature, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in refrigerator before serving.

Simple recipes exist. The cooking process for all 13 dishes is the same - grind and mix the ingredients. Something will need to be baked, something just beat or mix. Anyway, we have selected the fastest and tastiest, almost instant, three-ingredient recipes.

1 egg + flour + nutella = brownies

2 eggs, ½ cup flour and 1 1/4 cups Nutella, beat in a blender for 5 minutes, roll out the resulting dough, cut into slices and bake for 15 minutes at 180C. If you don't mind the fourth ingredient, you can add a handful of hazelnuts.

2 hazelnuts + sugar + eggs = hazelnut cookies

Mix 1 egg with 80 g of sugar and 100 g of hazelnuts. Salt a little, beat in a blender, form cookies and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.

3 pork+beer+barbecue sauce = pulled pork

Recipe for slow cooker (5-6 hours) or heavy bottomed pan (3-4 hours). 1-1 ½ kg of pork, 500 ml of dark beer mix and simmer for a long time. Shred the cooked pork with a fork and toss with the BBQ sauce.

4 chicken + coke + soy sauce = glazed chicken

Boil 1 ½ kg of chicken thighs, legs or wings in salted boiling water until almost cooked. Pour in water / broth and pour meat with Coca-Cola (1 l). Simmer for 30 minutes, add 1 teaspoon salt to equalize salty and sweet tastes, ½ tablespoon soy sauce.

5 sugar + orange juice + salt = sorbet

Mix 2 cups orange juice with 1/4 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Blend everything in a blender until the sugar dissolves. If you have an ice cream maker, making sorbet will be even easier. If not, pour the mixture into a plastic container with a lid and leave in the freezer. Every 30-40 minutes, open and mix the mousse thoroughly, breaking the ice crystals. 3-4-5 approaches and the sorbet is ready.

6 tomatoes + onions + butter = quick tomato sauce

1 kg of tomatoes, 5 tablespoons of butter, 1 onion. Cut everything, add to the pan, salt and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes, periodically mashing the tomatoes with a spatula into a puree.

7 strawberries + sugar + whipped cream = quick dessert

Instead of strawberries, you can take any other fresh berries, wash them, sprinkle with sugar (and preferably powdered), add whipped cream and mix gently. Works for 2 minutes.

8 chili+cream cheese+bacon

Quick snack. Cut the bacon into slices and fry in a pan until golden brown. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds and fry a little in the same pan. Stuff the chili with ready-made cream cheese (delicious if it contains onions, herbs or pickles), wrap with a slice of bacon and fix with a skewer or toothpick.

9 almonds + dates + raisins = healthy dessert

Mix dried fruits and nuts in equal parts and beat in a blender for about 6-8 minutes. Put the mass on a dish with parchment paper, roll it out, put it under a press and send it to the refrigerator for at least an hour. Cut into candy portions.

10 fennel + sweet onion + orange = self dressing salad

Cut the fennel tuber into slices and fry a little. Cut sweet red onion and orange into half rings. Mix ingredients thoroughly.

11 basil + olive oil + salt = quick pesto

Of course, the original recipe still has cheese, nuts and garlic. But even this version of a whipped pesto made from a fresh bunch of basil is much better and more aromatic than store-bought sauce.

12 coconut milk + peanut butter + maple syrup = nut mousse

Mix 1 jar (about 250 ml) of coconut milk or cream with 3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup and beat thoroughly with a blender. Add 4-5 tablespoons of peanut butter and stir.

13 peanut butter + sugar + eggs = hazelnut cookies

Mix a cup of sugar, a cup of peanut butter and 1 egg and knead the dough. Form cookies and bake for 15 minutes at 180C. Let cool.
