How to prepare a salad with chicken and pickles

Step one. Boil chicken breast in salted water until tender. Cool it, while I recommend that the product cools down right in the broth, so the meat turns out incredibly juicy, rich, tasty. Once the chicken is ready, it should be divided into fibers and finely chopped.

Step two. We clean the onion, cut it into thin quarters of rings and fry it in oil until the product becomes light golden in color. You should get a tender stewed onion. We squeeze it from fat, put it on a plate and let it cool.

Step three. We open the Korean carrot, drain if there is juice in the jar. If you decide to make carrots yourself, then you need to marinate them a day before preparing the salad. To do this, grate fresh root vegetables, add chopped garlic, a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce, the same amount of cold water, a spoonful of vinegar, a mixture of seasonings for carrots in Korean and put it all to marinate for a day in the refrigerator.

Step four. We spread the Korean carrots in the same fat in which the onions were sauteed, for seven to ten minutes, no more, fry. Turn off the fire, let the product cool down.

Step five. We squeeze pickles from the brine, remove the skin from them, three coarsely on a grater. You can finely chop, but I usually rub, so the salad is tastier and juicier.

Step six. Drain the liquid from the peas, pour the sour cream into a separate bowl and mix with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step seven, start assembling your salad. We mix all the prepared ingredients with sour cream in one large bowl, and then spread the salad in portions on green lettuce leaves. Decorate with greenery or whatever you like.
