Salad "White Piano" looks musical and elegant. This is one of the salads that can surprise relatives and guests with a luxurious look of the dish and excellent taste.
Almost any salad can be garnished with edible "flowers" made from a soft but shape-holding material. We will decorate our salad with such flowers.

4 boiled potatoes
1 boiled breast (400 grams)
