Mushrooms

Description

Caviar from mushrooms- the most delicious mushroom appetizer that every housewife is able to cook at home. This dish can be prepared not only for every day, but also for the winter. However, in the latter case, caviar must be made exclusively from fresh boiled mushrooms, while even frozen, dried and pickled mushrooms are suitable for preparing snacks for every day.

In addition to mushrooms, vegetables are also usually used to create quick mushroom caviar. Often, carrots and onions are taken as them, but the appetizer can also be supplemented with garlic. This will give the caviar a spicy taste and rich aroma. You can season the mushroom appetizer with absolutely any spices, but we recommend using only salt and black pepper for this purpose. This will preserve the natural taste of mushrooms as much as possible.

Using the simple recipe below with step-by-step photos, you can cook delicious mushroom caviar from mushrooms in just an hour and a half. Even the busiest hostess will allow herself such a short period of time.

So, let's start cooking!

Ingredients

Steps

First of all, bring honey mushrooms to the required state. First, carefully sort them out, clean them of dirt and leaves. Then rinse the ingredients several times and prepare for boiling. Boil the mushrooms in salted water for sixty minutes after boiling. They should boil all the time on low heat and under a closed lid. From time to time, the mushrooms need to be mixed, and the foam formed during the cooking process must be removed. After that, remove the mushrooms from the water and put on a plate.

Then pass the boiled ingredients through a meat grinder or grind with a blender to a crumb state.

When the mushroom mass is ready, remove the vegetables from the stocks. Rinse, peel and chop onions and carrots as suggested in the photo below.

Fry the chopped components in sunflower oil until golden brown.

Add chopped mushrooms to the fried vegetables, then mix the resulting mixture and hold on fire for another fifteen minutes.

In the meantime, sterilize the jars. This can be done in any convenient proven way. When the glass container is ready to use, salt and pepper the caviar. Next, be sure to mix the workpiece thoroughly and taste it. If necessary, add a little more pepper and salt, and then pour vinegar over the mushroom mass.

Pack the finished caviar in previously sterilized jars and immediately close with boiled lids. Turn the preservation upside down, and then leave it in this state until it cools..
