How to cook Pasta with Sausages and Mushrooms in Tomato Sauce

1. Preheat a pot with olive oil and lay out the sausages, fry them until golden brown on all sides.

2. Put the sausages on a cutting board and cut them into rings.

3. Return the sausages to the pan and fry them until they are nicely browned.

4. Meanwhile, peel the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cut the onion into half rings, thinly slice the mushrooms and chop the garlic.

5. Put tomato sauce, onions, mushrooms, garlic, dried herbs to well-fried sausages, mix well.

6. Lay out the pasta and add the broth.

7. Cover the pan with a lid and, after boiling, cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

8. After 15 minutes, remove the lid, most of the liquid should have evaporated by then.

9. Add grated cheese and chopped greens. Enjoy your meal!

How to cook Pasta with Mushrooms and Sausages

1. Sausages cut into medium pieces. Finely chop the onion and parsley. Cut mushrooms into slices.

2. Then fry the sausages for 6 minutes in oil until tender.

3. At the same time, boil the pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Then drain the water, and mix the pasta with the oil.
