  • chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • milk - 400 ml;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • starch - 2 tbsp. l. with a slide;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • salt - 2-3 tsp;
  • sugar - 1 tsp;
  • ground black pepper, paprika, ground coriander, nutmeg - 0.5 tsp each;
  • seasonings for chicken - to taste;
  • dry chili pepper - optional;
  • vegetable (butter) oil for lubricating mugs;
  • fresh greens.

Cooking time: about 55-60 minutes Servings: 0.6-0.8 kg


Cooking

Transfer to a blender fitted with a knife attachment. Thoroughly chop the fillet to a state of very fine minced meat, almost to " chicken puree". Such a structure of minced meat will make the finished boiled sausage homogeneous and beautiful in section.

Add the egg, seasonings and spices, peeled garlic cloves, dried chili peppers (optional) to the minced chicken. Punch the mass again in a blender.

Dilute the starch with a glass of milk, stir so that no lumps remain, pour into the minced meat.

Traditionally this recipe uses potato starch, but you can try to cook on corn.

Pour the remaining milk, also add salt and sugar, mix.

By the way, to make the sausage more satisfying, you can replace part of the milk with cream.

Prepare thick porcelain or glass refractory mugs, grease them inside with any oil, transfer sausage mix into circles, without filling them to the very top (the mass will rise by about a third).

From experience I can say that it is better to use tall mugs, but even with ordinary mugs it will turn out fine.

After 1-2 hours, when the sausage has cooled, you can cut it. And you can fry it a little in a pan for ruddy mouth-watering barrels. That's all!

You can experiment with a similar recipe by adding pieces of cheese, chopped olives and even mushrooms to the minced meat and get a slightly different kind of homemade sausage. And if you leave a few pieces of chicken fillet chopped, but not crushed in a blender, then your sausage will look like ham.

  • milk - about 300 ml;

Cooking sausage in a mug

Mugs or glasses must be chosen the same height, as the sausage will be cooked in a water bath. Lightly grease the mugs with any oil and fill them tightly with minced chicken. Do not fill the circles to the very top.


Close the mugs tightly with cling film folded in 2-3 layers.


In a cauldron or pan with a thickened bottom, put a fabric folded 3-4 times and place mugs on it.


Pour hot water into the cauldron so that it is slightly above the middle of the mugs. Turn on the stove and cook the sausage from the moment of boiling for 40-45 minutes.


Carefully remove the mugs from the pan, let the sausage cool a little right in the mugs.


Shake the sausage out of the mugs without difficulty.


Cut the sausage into slices. With greens and fresh bread it turns out very delicious sandwich. As it turned out, it’s not at all difficult to cook a healthy, chicken sausage in a mug. Cooking

1. Cut the prepared chicken meat for sausage into pieces, as for goulash. Put it in a deep bowl.


2. Chop the onion and garlic and add to the chicken along with the egg. Pour milk in there.


3. Add all spices and starch as well.


4. Grind everything with an immersion blender so that not a single piece of chicken or onion remains.


5. Lubricate the glasses with oil, then it will just be easier to remove the sausage. Spread out the chicken mince. At this stage, take a closer look. Since minced meat increases in volume during cooking, fill the dishes with it no more than 2/3.


6. Place each filled glass in plastic bags, tie the edges.


7. Then place the glasses in a saucepan, carefully pour cold water into it. But, at the same time, make sure that the water level does not exceed the level of minced meat in the glasses.


8. Boil diet sausage within half an hour. Start counting the time from the moment the water boils.


9. After the time has passed, carefully remove the glasses and cut the bags. While holding the glasses with an oven mitt, remove cooked sausage from chicken on a plank or saucer.


10. When it cools down, cut, decorate with vegetables or herbs and serve.
