This version of the sandwich can even be called a club sandwich, as if specially created for hangouts and parties. In the filling - pieces, smoked brisket, and leaves. Slices of bread are smeared with mayonnaise - it turns out juicy, satisfying and tasty!

Puff sandwich with chicken and smoked brisket

You will need:

For 2-4 servings:
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 6 pieces white bread for toast
  • 3-4 st. spoons of mayonnaise
  • 6 slices smoked brisket
  • 2-3 pcs. chicken fillet
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 1-2 pickled cucumbers
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • salt, ground paprika
  • black ground pepper taste

Cooking:

  1. Cut the fillet into 6 pieces and lightly beat off, salt to taste. Eggs, salt, spices combine and mix. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until done.
  2. Fry the brisket in a dry frying pan. Then take it out and put it aside. In the same pan, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into circles. Cucumber cut into slices. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Grease each piece of bread with mayonnaise. Then put a slice of smoked brisket, a lettuce leaf and a circle of tomato on it.   • dill small bunch

Cooking

    Prepare the spread sauce. To do this, mix cream cheese with mustard.

Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • Bagels - 6 pcs.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 100 g.
  • Champignons - 250 g.
  • Onion - ½ pc.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g.
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Greenery for decoration.
