Step 2. Mix milk or cream with a spoon hot sauce, then fill the fillet with the resulting mass. Let the pieces soak well, you can even put them in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

Step 3. While the chicken is “marinating”, prepare cups with breading ingredients on the table. Mix flour with pepper, garlic, paprika and salt.

We pour enough oil so that the fillet slices can literally swim in it, only then will we save the breading and get a reference crust.

If you feel sorry for wasting a lot of oil, then use a saucepan with a small diameter. With a small volume, we will get the appropriate oil level. But then the fillet pieces should be a little shorter.
