The potatoes are ready, add to it: flour, herbs and garlic, as well as yolks. Mix everything well with a spoon, no need to beat the potato mass with a blender. Next, we will form potato cutlets just with a spoon.

Take the form, grease it sunflower oil, put cutlets with a spoon, grease with sour cream and send until cooked at 180 degrees in the oven, preheated.

Boil the potatoes, mash them well until mashed, let cool. When the temperature is right, grate the cheese and ham on a coarse grater, right into the potatoes.

Now you need to finely chop the onion and green feathers. Add all this to potatoes, cheese and ham, add flour, eggs, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly until homogeneous mass. Form potato cutlets, roll in flour, you can also breadcrumbs. Fry on both sides in a pan, first with a lid on so that the inside is cooked, then over high heat without a lid to get a crust.
