To prepare the salad we need:
- white cabbage - half a medium fork;
- fresh cucumbers - 2-3 pieces;
- green onions;
- dill greens - 1 bunch;
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- a mixture of peppers - 0.5 tsp;
- salt to taste.


Step by step recipe with photo:

1. Prepare all ingredients.




2. Chop white cabbage into thin strips. Add some salt and rub with your hands to soften the cabbage.




3. Fresh cucumbers wash and cut into strips. The first spring cucumbers do not need to be peeled. But if you are afraid of nitrates and other harmful substances that may be in the cucumber skin, then a few hours before preparing the salad, place the vegetables in a bowl of cold water.




4. Mix cabbage with cucumbers in a deep salad bowl.






5. Add finely chopped green onions and chopped dill to the vegetables.




6. Salt and pepper the salad with freshly ground pepper. Season the salad with sunflower oil (preferably fragrant homemade).

Assembling the salad:

  1. Wash the radish and remove the skin from it. Next, the root crop must be grated, preferably in long strips. A great option is to use a special grater for Korean carrots.   2. The beans, which were first soaked for 5 hours, must be boiled in water with salt. You can also put a few sprigs of dill or parsley here. Then drain the liquid, allow the beans to cool, pull out the twigs. If the beans are canned, then they just need to be pulled out of the liquid.
  3. Remove the husk from the onion, cut it into half rings.
  4. Remove the husk from the garlic, chop with a knife or pass through a wine press.
  5. Wash the greens well and chop.
  6. Nuts need to be dried a little in a pan, and then chopped with a knife into small pieces. Or you can scroll in a blender quite a bit, to the state of crumbs.
  7. Mix greens, nuts, salt, garlic, dry adjika and pepper ( better with hands) and set aside for 40 minutes.

  • 1 large bell pepper;

How to prepare salad:

Preparing the salad:

  1. Wash the potatoes and put to boil in water with salt. When it is ready, remove the water and allow the root crops to cool. Then peel off the skin and cut into cubes.
  2. Wash cucumbers and cut into pieces. If the skin is bitter, you can simply not use it.
  3. Remove the first 2-3 leaves from the cabbage, then wash and chop the rest.

Shred the cabbage. If the cabbage is of winter varieties, it is advisable to rub it with your hands so that it gives juice and becomes softer. Fresh cabbage of the new crop is easy to chop, it is tender and juicy in itself.

Grate the carrots into strips or on a coarse grater.

Cut fresh cucumber.

Grate the radish into slices or thinly slice.

We take a head of cabbage about 2 kilograms and cut off 1/4 of it. We remove the tips from each cucumber on both sides. We wash the vegetables together with herbs under cold running water. Then we dry them with paper kitchen towels, and shake off excess liquid from the dill and onion. Then we put these products in turn on a cutting board and chop.


Shred the cabbage into thin strips.


Transfer to a deep bowl.


Slightly knead with clean hands so that the vegetable releases juice, and leave it in this form for 3 4 minutes.


Remove the skin from the cucumbers, if desired, and then cut them into rings, half rings, straws, cubes, as you like. It is desirable that the thickness of the pieces range from 2 to 4 millimeters.

In a bowl with juiced cabbage, add chopped cucumbers, herbs, vinegar, sugar and vegetable oil to taste.
