How to cook pizza with eggs: a step-by-step recipe with a photo

Make pizza dough with half of the ingredients or more fluffy pizza. Or you can take the dough recipe that we prepared for white pizza with ham ( thin pizza) and knead it in the evening, then take it out of the refrigerator in the morning and then cook the pizza according to the recipe. In this case, for one pizza, we also need half the ingredients.

You can buy pizza sauce ready-made or replace it tomato sauce to your taste or good quality tomato paste. And you can prepare a real, authentic one yourself in advance.
For the filling, grate 50 g of mozzarella and 15 g of parmesan into different containers. 2 tomatoes washed, dried and thinly sliced.

Put the dough on a table dusted with flour and roll into a layer as thin as possible (about 3 mm). To roll out the dough into a circle, you must first roll out the ball of dough with a rolling pin several times in opposite directions, i.e. up and down, and then, turning the dough layer over, roll it left and right, then up and down again, after turning the dough over, and so on until the dough layer becomes a circle of the desired diameter.

If it is not possible to roll the dough into a circle, you can put a plate or a lid from a frying pan of the required diameter on the rolled out dough layer, and, drawing a knife along the edge of the plate, cut a circle out of the dough.
Set the oven to preheat to approximately 250°C (or the maximum temperature for your oven).
Next, transfer the dough onto baking paper. To make the dough more crispy, you can pre-lubricate the parchment vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle it with semolina or cornmeal. Brush the dough with the pizza sauce, leaving the edges intact.

Lay the tomato slices over the cheese.
