For filling:

  • mozzarella - 80 gr
  • parmesan - 80 gr
  • pecorino - 80 gr
  • gorgonzola - 40 gr

Let's prepare the dough. AT warm water dissolve the yeast, add sugar, stir and leave to activate the yeast.

Sift flour into a deep bowl, beat in a whole egg and 1 protein, add milk and brew. Knead the dough until smooth.

Grind the butter and combine with the yolk.

Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour, put the batch on the flour, roll it thinly with a rolling pin and grease with part of the butter-egg mass. We fold the dough layer with an envelope, cover with a napkin, let it “rest” for a few minutes. We repeat three more times.

We form a pancake 1 cm thick from the resulting dough and distribute it along the bottom of the baking dish, simultaneously forming the sides.

Sequentially spread the grated cheese. Break the gorgonzola and mozzarella into small pieces and lay out the last layer. Top with cherry tomato slices.

We put the pizza in the microwave and bake at medium power (550-600 W) for 7 minutes.

Freezing pizza

As you may have noticed from the recipes above, creating a pizza base doubles or triples the time it takes to cook. general cooking meals, and even fast pizza in the microwave can cook 1.5 hours. Of course, housewives easily prepare the dough, because for them an extra half hour for cooking is not a problem. But for people who worked all day, homemade pizza has become a curiosity. And if it were not for Ron Simek, who invented and patented the freezing of this product, who would know if this type of pie would be so popular today.

Frozen pizza has become alternative office lunch and snacks in roadside cafes. Of course, in such establishments, pizza in the microwave is a good way out. However, as we said at the very beginning, semi-finished products have disadvantages. There is nothing better than cooking yourself, controlling the amount of salt and proteins in your own dish. And freezing the product yourself, observing only a few rules, will not be difficult at all.

So, the first rule. Before freezing homemade pizza, it must be baked for

3-4 minutes, so that the water collected during the freezing process does not spoil the base. Next, freeze the pizza along with the baking sheet in the freezer. This is done in order not to break the baked cake while the pizza is soft. When the pizza is frozen, wrap it tightly in foil, then wrap it around

cellophane film so that air does not penetrate into its packaging. You can store such a blank for no longer than a month, but with the affordable cooking of pizza using a microwave oven, it definitely will not stay for so long.
