In a glass with kefir, beat an egg, soda 1 tsp, pour in water. Pour the sifted flour into a deep bowl. Form a hole in the middle of the flour slide, add the egg-kefir mixture, salt.

With frozen cherries

How to make dumplings with cherries Steamed dumplings with cherries can be cooked in several ways: by pulling cheesecloth over a saucepan or by installing a special steamer pad on it, in an electric double boiler, or a pressure cooker.

If you cook the old fashioned way, on cheesecloth, pour water into a wide saucepan (up to 1/3-1/2 of the height), tie cheesecloth on top (only so that the edges do not hang, otherwise they may catch fire). Cover with a lid and bring water to a boil. Then put dumplings on cheesecloth at a distance from each other and cover with a large bowl. Boil 5 minutes.

If you have a steamer, fill it with water, brush the bottom of the bowl with oil, and add the dumplings. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
