  • 1 chicken fillet (I have a fillet of 490 grams, large)

  • 100 grams hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 art. tablespoons of flour (not a mountain)
  • 50 grams vegetable oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste

The recipe is delicious and simple. The main thing is to prepare all the ingredients. You can cook chops in a pan and in the oven. For example, I really love French-style chicken meat with hard cheese in the oven. You can cook it with tomatoes or pineapples, it's delicious either way.

The cooking process is also very simple. This dish is great for a weekday (for dinner, lunch) or on a festive table.

It is necessary to prepare sour cream, cheese, flour, eggs. In the photo I have 1 egg, but I used 2 eggs, so I indicated in the ingredients.

I took rustic sour cream, you can buy it in the store, but not less than 15-20% fat. I took the Russian cheese.

Rinse the chicken breast, if necessary, and pat dry with paper towels.

I specifically take a photo to show how I cut the chicken breast. It should be cut along the fibers, but in no case across. The thickness of the strips is 1 cm, do not cut very thinly, otherwise, when you beat the meat, it will simply “fall apart”.

The next step is to beat off the chicken breast, but after wrapping it with cling film. But you can not do this if you beat off the chicken breast carefully.

We heat the pan, pour vegetable oil into it. We take a chicken chop and dip it on one side in batter, put it in a pan.

Put hard cheese on top of the chicken chop, you can do it with your hands, you can use a spoon, the main thing is that the cheese does not get into the hot oil.

To be able to lay out more accurately, I rubbed the cheese on a fine grater.

Next, with a tablespoon, I pour the batter on top of the cheese. Here, just by the way, the fact that the batter is thick, it does not spread over the pan. This is very convenient, a couple of tablespoons of batter on top of each chop, you can distribute it over the entire surface.
