You can immediately turn on the oven so that it warms up to 200 ° C.

Beat sugar well with eggs, you can add vanillin here if you wish, after which we add sour cream and butter to the mixture, which is taken out of the refrigerator in advance and added in an already softened form. Mix the baking powder with flour and then send the sifted mixture here. Next, you can prepare a baking dish - with silicone mold you don’t need to do anything, but if there is none, then sprinkle the usual form with semolina, after lubricating it with oil.

The dough is laid out in a mold and only after that the cherry is taken out of the freezer, it must be frozen. Roll the berries in a mixture of starch and sugar and spread evenly over the dough. Cherries can be pressed down quite a bit, gently, not allowing them to lose their shape and crush.

You can make a delicious strawberry pie from yeast dough. For this we take:

  • Yeast - 10 g;
  • 3-4 st. l. Sahara;
  • Flour - 3 tbsp.;
  • Water (you can milk) - 1 tbsp.;
  • Egg - 1 pc.;
  • Strawberries - 3 tbsp.;
  • Oil - 2 tbsp. l. (cream in softened form);
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • Starch - 1 tsp
