The butter should be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it softens when room temperature. However, if you are in a hurry, you can speed up this process using a microwave or stove.

Then add sugar to the butter and mix. Add vanillin. Enter the beaten egg. We mix everything until a homogeneous consistency. Then add flour and a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix again. As a result, we get a soft and slightly sticky dough. We fall asleep raisins and mix it with the dough.

To soft margarine I sprinkle sugar. Along with it, you can add vanillin or other flavors.

I grind sugar with margarine until a viscous, slightly lush mass. The crystals should almost disperse.

Whisk the egg until the white and yolk are combined and foam appears. Pour into the butter-sugar mixture.

I sift the flour, at this stage one and a half glasses are enough. Then, depending on how you want to make cookies, you can add more or leave the dough sticky.

I add baking powder. Since there is a lot of fat in the dough, I put more baking powder than in other recipes.

I dry the raisins or squeeze them with a towel so that excess moisture does not get in. I add to the dough.

Mix with a spoon until all ingredients are combined. If you want the cookies to be very soft, flour is enough. But keep in mind that the cookies will not keep their shape, they will spread into cakes. You need to spread such a dough with a spoon or simply spread it on a baking sheet with a not very thin layer and bake for about half an hour.

I make cookies from a denser dough, but it is not heavy, it still remains soft and fluffy. I add another half a glass of flour or a little more and mix it with my hands until a soft bun is obtained.

I preheat the oven to 180 degrees. I make blanks weighing about 25 grams or the size of Walnut. I roll balls.

I make a breadcrumb mixture of sugar and cinnamon. I have coarse cinnamon, brought from Sri Lanka, so the cookies turned out to be mottled. When regular cinnamon is added, the crust will be even, slightly brownish in color.

Turn the juicer over and shake a little, the formed shortbread with raisins will fall out by itself. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Thus, form two-color cookies from the dough. If you don't have a juicer, shape the cookies into balls.
