300 g of tomatoes in their juice;

2 cloves of garlic;

oregano, basil;

2-3 tablespoons of oil.

Cooking

1. Grind the tomatoes along with the juice.

2. Fry the garlic cloves in oil, remove.

3. Add chopped tomatoes to the oil, immediately put a pinch of basil and the same amount of oregano.

Tomato sauce for pizza - helpful tips and tricks

After cooling, the tomato sauce will be thicker than immediately after cooking. Therefore, do not keep it on fire for too long.

If the tomatoes are sour, then you can add a little granulated sugar to the sauce. It will smooth out the taste, give a pleasant sweetness, the pizza will be tastier, but it is important not to overdo it. For 200 g of tomatoes, one teaspoon is enough.

If fresh tomatoes are not available, you can use ketchup. But it is better to improve it: add a little water, stir, put on the stove, add browned onions, Italian herbs, garlic, boil for a few minutes.

Classic tomato sauce

We need:

  • 550 g fresh tomatoes
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp basilica
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking:

1. Tomatoes need to be peeled. I remind you how to do it: on tomatoes, cut the skin with a cross


and pour over boiling water, and then move them into ice water and remove the peel.


Cut the tomatoes into pieces and interrupt with a blender.


2. Fry the garlic cloves in heated olive oil, in a pan,


and then add the tomatoes and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes, without a lid, stirring, until thickened.

3. After that, season the tomato mixture with oregano and basil, salt and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.


Remove the garlic from the sauce. Cool the sauce and you can spread the dough.

Important: Tomato sauce can be made from tomatoes canned in their own juice, for which they are killed with a blender, salt to taste and the sauce is ready.


White cream sauce


We need:

  • 50 g butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • fresh basil (or dried) to taste
  • salt, black ground pepper, taste
  • nutmeg, optional
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese

Cooking:

1. Finely chop the garlic cloves and heat for 1 minute in melted butter.


2. Add flour, mix until smooth.


3. Add milk, mix again until smooth. Salt, pepper, if desired, add nutmeg and cook until thickened.


Put chopped or dry basil, grated Parmesan cheese, mix and turn off the heat.


Cool down.

The best Italian pizza sauce


We need:

  • 30 g butter
  • 200 g tomato paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 st. hot water
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Cooking:

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add the tomato paste, mix everything well.


2. Warmed tomato mass, salt, season with Italian herbs, pour hot water and bring to a boil.


3. The fire must be reduced, cover the saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes, until the tomato mass thickens.


Creamy pizza sauce Carbonara


We need:

  • 100 ml cream 20%
  • 1 pc egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • salt, black pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Mix the cream with the egg, squeeze the garlic to them, put the grated cheese, salt and pepper, mix everything well.


Pour the pizza with this sauce, which was baked for 7-8 minutes and send it back to the oven for the same time.

Mushroom pizza sauce


We need:

  • 150 g champignons
  • 200 ml cream 20%
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 pc onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 g butter

Cooking:

1. Finely chopped onion, fry in butter in a pan, until light golden.

2. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry with onions until golden brown, stir constantly.


3. Pour this mixture with cream, salt, pepper and cook until thickened over moderate heat, 15-20 minutes.


4. After that, put the grated cheese, simmer until it melts and interrupt the mixture in a blender, you can leave the mushrooms in pieces.


Mayonnaise sauce for pizza


We need:
