In this recipe we use corn grits which has been undeservedly forgotten.

Products:

  • 500 g of beef meat;
  • 150 g of corn grits;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 300 ml of milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g butter;
  • vegetable oil for greasing the mold;
  • salt and black pepper (ground) - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. First, boil the corn grits in milk to get viscous porridge. Finely cut the meat across the fibers and lightly fry the pieces in vegetable oil.
  2. Put in the cooled porridge raw eggs, fried meat, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. We shift the resulting mass into a greased baking dish, level the surface, sprinkle with melted butter, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-190C.

Casserole with ground beef and zucchini

This recipe is unusual, it is prepared with ... beer. Of course, non-alcoholic, beer will only add a piquant taste to the beef.

Products:

  • 400 g of beef meat;
  • 150 g smoked sausage;
  • 3 raw eggs;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 300 g of peeled zucchini;
  • 3 tbsp tablespoons of grated cheese (with a slide);
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 ml of non-alcoholic beer;
  • 50 g butter;
  • salt pepper;
  • greens.

Cooking method:

  1. Beef meat (from the sirloin) is scrolled in a meat grinder, smoked sausage and finely chop the onion, and then fry with minced meat until half cooked. Salt, pepper to taste and pour beer.
  2. Simmer over low heat for about forty minutes.
  3. Zucchini, it is better to take young, not thick, cut into circles, then into cubes, fry in butter.
  4. In a greased form, lay out a layer of zucchini, then a layer of ground beef stewed with beer and sausage, and again a layer of zucchini.
  5. Beat eggs with milk and grated hard cheese. Pour over zucchini and place in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Ready meal sprinkle with herbs and serve hot.

Recipe for casserole with meat and mashed potatoes

A classic recipe for meat casserole, it is prepared with mashed potatoes and cheese.

Products:

  • 500 g potatoes;
  • 500 g of beef;
  • 1 onion;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 g sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • salt and pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the meat in salted water. Cut the meat into pieces and pass twice through a meat grinder. You can use a blender.
  2. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, mix with meat, salt, pepper and dilute with broth from cooking meat. The result should be a soft, but not liquid mass.
  3. Boil potatoes in salted water, drain the water, mash the potatoes, add raw eggs and mix.
  4. For potato casserole boiled beef all is ready. Now we take the form, grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  5. We spread half the mashed potatoes, put half the ground beef on it and again make a potato layer.
  6. Level, grease with sour cream, make punctures on the surface with a fork and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. It turns out very tasty potato casserole with beef.

A quick recipe for meat casserole in the microwave

The microwave comes to the rescue just when after work there is absolutely neither time nor energy to cook something complicated for dinner. One of the recipes for such an occasion is a meat casserole, this time we will make a dinner with ground beef and vegetables.

Products:

  • 2 medium potatoes;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 200 g ground beef;
  • 100 g of cheese.
  • 1 small onion;
  • 2 tbsp spoons of sour cream.

Cooking method:

  1. It is better to take chicken meat for this recipe, but the beef will also be soft in the microwave if you first scroll it in a meat grinder through a fine grate and fry the minced meat in a pan.
  2. Now peel the potatoes and cut into even circles, the thinner the better.
  3. We also cut the tomato into thin circles or semicircles. Chop the onion as finely as possible.
  4. We take dishes for baking in a microwave oven, put a third of the potatoes in one layer on the bottom, put all the circles of tomato on it, then ground beef and again a potato layer.
  5. Put the onion on the meat and again make a layer of potatoes. We evenly spread the finely chopped onion on it and again close it with a thin layer of potato circles.
  6. We make a grid of sour cream and put in the microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power.
  7. When the time has passed, open the door and check the potatoes for doneness. If still hard, turn on the microwave for an additional 10 minutes, if soft, take out a container with a casserole, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 2 minutes.
  8. Arrange on plates, serve with mayonnaise and ketchup sauce.
