    Pour sugar, dry yeast and 2-3 tablespoons of flour into warm kefir, stir and put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. The bowl must be covered with a napkin.

    Add to melted butter egg, salt and beat a little.

    When the dough is ready, pour the egg-cream mass into it. Stir and start adding the sifted flour in parts.

    Knead a soft pliable dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands. Put it in a bowl, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place. The dough should double in size.

    Chop the cabbage into thin strips, and grate the carrots with a coarse grater.
