Chicken fillet must be boiled in salted water until cooked, and then cooled. Chilled fillet cut into small cubes.

Then run the spoon around the inside of the orange, separating the flesh from the skin. After removing the pulp from one half of the citrus, proceed to the second half, repeating the same steps.

Divide the citrus pulp into slices, clean them from white veins and from the film. Cut the peeled slices into pieces and send to the rest of the ingredients.

To prepare the sauce, mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add black ground pepper. Pour the prepared dressing into the salad and toss gently.

Now along the edge of each half orange peel cut out the teeth with a knife. Get beautiful baskets.

Fill each basket with prepared salad (with a small slide).

Grease the top of the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise dressing.

Sprinkle the salad with hard cheese, grated on a fine grater.

Arrange the washed and dried lettuce leaves on a plate.

Place the prepared baskets on the lettuce leaves. Before serving, decorate the salad in orange with chicken and cucumber with a few cranberries or pomegranate seeds - this will give it a more piquant and sophisticated look.

Peel the removed orange pulp from the white shell, seeds, if any, and lightly squeeze the juice out of it.




Cut the ham into large pieces and place in a container with the orange pulp.






Boiled chicken eggs peel off the shell and be sure to rinse in water to prevent it from getting into the salad. Cut into the same large pieces as the ham, and add to the container. It is advisable to boil the eggs in advance for 15 minutes until cool and cool.

Then we pry off the pulp and take it out of orange peel. The resulting cup is freed from the remnants of the white film and pulp. Trim the bottom slightly so that the cup is stable.









Peking cabbage leaves are removed, washed thoroughly under cold water. Dry on a towel. Stack up and chop finely.
