Well, as a solid woman who has seen a lot in her life, and thus a wise woman, I have an idea that, I will say, looking ahead, has become correct and more than tasty. According to eaters, the number of sausages in pancakes exceeded the number of zucchini themselves: which was to be proved by feeding the men who were satisfied.

In the course of cooking, I want to express that they come unexpectedly and from this it becomes fun at heart, knowing that you won’t offend anyone, you won’t deceive, but only with a little trick, you will only benefit the family, which, by and large, is indifferent to my tricks, because she does not realize that everything is done for her (family) benefit.

So (here I’m talking about my thoughts), since it’s the beginning of spring in the yard and zucchini are not very affordable, I bought only three zucchini, thinking to cook from them.

However, it so happened that everyone wanted to eat zucchini, to which I silently thought that now is not the season to “squander” zucchini right and left.

And then the following thought ripened in me, what if I don’t use a whole zucchini for pancakes, but put half and more greens in the dough.

And I also remembered that after that I had the pulp from, which I saved for, which now turned up well, and the final decision was formed “thanks” to one sausage, which put an end to my thoughts, and after that I quickly got down to pancake work.

Ingredients.

Prepare the products: grate the zucchini on a fine grater, finely chop the washed and dried greens, and finely chop the sausage.

zucchini - 350 g;

chicken eggs - 1 pc.;

boiled sausage - 100 g;

half-smoked sausage - 70 g;

semolina - 1.5 tbsp. l.;

flour - 2 tbsp. l.;

salt, spices, freshly ground black pepper - to taste;

vegetable oil (for frying) - 50 g.

Cooking steps

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater (if the zucchini is young, you can leave the skin on), add the egg, sprinkle with spices and pepper.

Mix well and pour semolina and flour.

Again, mix everything thoroughly and add two types of sausage cut into small cubes (you can use any sausage).

Mix again and leave for 5-7 minutes. Next, salt to taste, salt just before frying so that there is not a lot of excess liquid. Spread the mass of zucchini on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil with a spoon, in the form of small pancakes.
