How to boil an egg with the yolk outside without tape. How to boil an egg with the yolk out: tips from craftsmen

Once upon a time there was a journalist, and he had a pock-marked chicken. The hen laid an egg - a simple one. And the journalist wanted gold! And he decided to paint it from the inside, without breaking the shell, with the help of centrifugal force. The physical basis of this experiment is extremely simple. The yolk is denser and heavier than the protein - anyone who has ever cooked scrambled eggs could be convinced of this. If the egg is rotated around its axis with sufficient speed, under the action of centrifugal force, the yolk will begin to move towards the shell, gradually penetrating into the protein. As a result, they will mix and become indistinguishable from each other, and by boiling and peeling the egg, you will get an excellent egg-shaped omelette. This is exactly the result that our hero achieved, and believe me, for this he needed iron ... nerves and a lot of patience. Theoretically, "aerobatics" is also available in this experiment: if you twist the unfortunate product quickly enough and long enough, eventually all the yolk will concentrate at the shell, displacing the protein into the center of the egg. In other words, the yolk and white are completely reversed. We could not reach such heights in egg twisting, no matter how hard we tried, but we sincerely wish you good luck.

On the first day, the journalist glued an egg holder to a centrifuge for drying herbs and twisted the egg for half an hour. The egg didn't budge. “Not enough speed,” thought the journalist.

On the second day, the journalist fixed the egg holder in the chuck of a cordless drill and twisted the egg for half an hour. The egg did not succumb, only the yolk shifted slightly away from the center. The drill was not fast enough.

On the third day, the journalist took apart a three-speed fan, fixed a stand on the axis, and twisted the egg for half an hour. The egg did not succumb, only the yolk became even closer to the shell. For the yolk to spread, a lot of energy is needed.

On the fourth day, the journalist came to work on a bicycle, fastened the egg to the wheel with tape and pedaled for half an hour. Having boiled the egg and cut it in half, the hero saw in place of the protein some porous substance, shaped like an ear. But the yolk remained intact.

On the fifth day, the journalist rolled up his sleeves and twisted the egg for half an hour in the old-fashioned way - in a stocking. The egg is placed in the center of the stocking and secured with ties. Taking the ends of the stocking in your hands, you must first rotate the egg like a sling, gaining coils, and then stretch the ends to the side. In this case, the egg develops a frantic speed, rotating precisely around its axis. This is the only correct way.

Secret of success

It's all about the eggs. Store-bought eggs are too dense, so even the "stocking centrifuge" is not able to change their structure. But the large farm eggs that you can buy in the market are thin enough to make the experience a success. Be careful when boiling: the shell of farm eggs is so thin that it is very difficult to boil them without cracking.

In addition to the material, there is a video with instructions from the Infoniac channel:

If you are tired of eating the same boiled eggs for breakfast, and you have already tried scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, with bechamel sauce, mayonnaise, eggs in a bag and in mashed eggs - you can cook eggs on the contrary - inside out

This trick was invented by Japanese scientists - although the implementation of the experiment will require primitive chemical tools - a lamp, a pair of clean tights and braid. With some simple manipulations and a bit of patience, you will get an egg with a protein inside and a yolk outside.

The secret of the trick is that the yolk and protein have different densities - the yolk is denser. If you rotate the egg fast enough, then due to the effect of the centrifuge, the yolk will flow into place of the protein. You just need to rotate for a long time - otherwise you risk getting a marbled egg (by the way, it also looks quite good in sandwiches).

How to boil an egg

You will need: an egg, a pair of nylon tights, transparent tape, ice cubes and a flashlight.

· First, shine a flashlight on the egg to check its color. The egg should glow. This will be needed later.

· Now completely cover the egg with tape.

· Take the pantyhose and place the egg there, tying the pantyhose on both sides.

· Now roll the egg holding the pantyhose on both sides for a few minutes.

・Using a flashlight check egg color: if it is darker than at the beginning, the egg is ready to boil.

Remove the egg from the pantyhose, but leave the tape and place in boiling water.

· Simmer for a few minutes until tender, then remove and place in a bowl of ice for a few minutes.

Now remove the tape and the shell and you should have an egg with the yolk on the outside and the white on the inside.

If the whole egg is yellow, it means you didn't spin it long enough.

Boiled eggs are so boring. The yolk is inside, the white is outside, and so it has been for centuries. Enough! Today we will tell you how to cook an egg inside out in 7 simple steps! You will learn a simple way how to boil an egg in such a way as to swap its main components in places, that is, so that the yolk is outside and the white is inside. For what? Who are we to make sense of why people like to do weird things to food. So let's go..

Shine a torch on a raw egg

See how bright? This suggests that the egg is ready for perversions.

Wrap the egg in duct tape

From the outside it may be silly, but don't worry, science is constantly doing things that at first glance seem to be complete nonsense.

Wrap the egg inside the pantyhose

After wrapping the egg in pantyhose, be sure to secure it so that it does not end up on the wall of your kitchen. To do this, you need to make a knot or secure it with something on both sides.

Grab the ends of the pantyhose and rotate the egg

The most fun part. Be careful not to break an egg on your head

Shine a flashlight on the egg again

Egg not glowing? Great! So it's ready to cook! If the egg doesn't glow, then you didn't ride it well on the tights carousel, and you'll have to repeat it all over again.

Weld it

Remove the egg from the pantyhose, but do not remove the adhesive tape from it. Place the egg in warm water, and boil it for 10-15 minutes, rolling it from side to side in the pan. Once the egg is cooked, place it in a bowl of cold water.

Ready!

Peel and cut the egg, voila. You can give yourself a moment of complacency, because you managed to boil the egg inside out!

1. How to boil soft-boiled eggs

If you put eggs in cold water, then you need to wait for a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 2 minutes (both the yolk and protein will remain liquid) or 3 minutes (the yolk will be liquid, and the protein will be almost solid - this is my favorite option).
There is one more option. Carefully place the eggs in boiling water (they should not be cold!), leave for 1 minute. Then remove from heat, close the lid and let stand for 5 minutes. As a result, you will get soft-boiled eggs, where the yolk will be liquid and the protein will be solid.

2. How to boil eggs in a bag

To be honest, eggs in a bag are not mine. favorite dish. I prefer either soft-boiled or hard-boiled. But many people love this option.
So, to boil the eggs in a bag, put the eggs in cold water, and after boiling, cook for 4 minutes. The second option is to lower it into boiling water, cook for 1 minute, turn it off and keep it in the same water for 7 minutes.

3. How to hard boil eggs

Hard boiled eggs seem to be the easiest thing to do. You definitely can’t digest it, I always told myself. However, only recently I realized why sometimes boiled eggs turn out so tasteless and ugly.

In other words, there are rules here too.

To properly boil hard-boiled eggs, put them in cold water and after 1 minute after boiling, reduce the heat, cook for 7-8 minutes.

It is important not to overcook the eggs, otherwise the protein will become rubbery in taste, and the yolk will be covered with an unpleasant grayish coating.

How to boil eggs so they don't burst or crack

1. Salt the water - 2 tablespoons per liter. Even if the egg cracks, the protein will not leak out.
2. You can not put cold eggs in boiling water. Heat them up room temperature, having previously laid them out in the refrigerator for an hour. Or heat it up in warm water.
3. From the blunt end, pierce the egg with a needle. On this side is an air sac. When heated, the air expands, the shell cracks. If the shell is pierced, the problem disappears. Simple physics.
4. Boil the eggs in a small saucepan. If there are few eggs, and the pan is large, they will roll and knock against each other during cooking.

And a few useful tips about boiling eggs in the end:

1. Boil eggs should be on low heat.
2. fresh eggs(up to 4 days) you should cook a little longer - 2-3 minutes.
3. After cooking, pour over the eggs with cold water - so they will be easier to peel.
4. Check boiled egg or not, you can do this: rotate the egg. If it spins fast, it's boiled. If slowly - crude.

And a recent tip from mom: to make the eggs easy to peel, after they are almost hard-boiled, you need to lightly hit them with a knife from the sides so that the shell cracks.

I hope you once and for all decide for yourself the question of how and how much to boil eggs.

P.s. I recently found such an interesting infographic picture on the net - how to check the freshness of eggs. Helpful and visual

Many people think that there are only two ways to boil eggs: hard-boiled and soft-boiled. But some craftsmen, thanks to their inquisitive mind, decided to look at this issue differently. As a result of their experiments, they figured out, for example, how to boil an egg with the yolk outward or make it completely one color. The methods turned out to be so simple that even a child is able to repeat them.

Whipping in the distance

There are several ways of having the yolk outside. One of them allows you to finished product completely uniform color. At first glance, this seems impossible. Nevertheless, there is a special technique by which it is not difficult to achieve the desired result.

To on personal experience to understand how to boil an egg with the yolk out, you just need to correctly follow a few simple steps:

  1. Fresh egg must be placed in a plastic bag and tightly rolled up.
  2. Place the packaged product in the sleeve of an old jumper. In principle, you can take a new thing. In the process of work, it will not deteriorate.
  3. Tie the sleeve on both sides with twine. This will force the egg to stay in the same place all the time.
  4. Holding the sleeve on the sides, unwind it strongly, and then, periodically spreading your arms to the sides, make translational movements for 5-7 minutes. When slowing down, the rotation must be repeated.
  5. Take out the egg, put it in warm water and boil as usual.
  6. Cool the finished product, and then carefully peel it from the shell.

As a result, the egg should turn completely yellow on the cut. It looks like it was whipped right from the inside.

The secret of "focus"

Some people tend to consider such actions as some kind of trick. In fact, there is nothing supernatural in this. The secret to boiling an egg with the yolk out is to use the laws of physics. Thanks to different density when the structure is untwisted, the components of the product are constantly moving relative to each other, and when the arms are spread apart, this action occurs abruptly. As a result, both masses seem to “twist” into one another, creating a multi-layered ball. Rotation with occasional shaking creates a mixer effect. This leads to the fact that the protein and yolk are gradually mixed, creating a single mass. A dense homogeneous product is formed under the shell. To taste, it is no different from a regular boiled egg, except that the distinction between ingredients is completely absent. Such an egg can be used immediately for its intended purpose or stored in the refrigerator for some time.

Japanese variant

Japanese scientists tried to improve this method a little and as a result invented their own version of how to boil an egg with the yolk on the outside and the protein on the inside. To implement this method, you will need the simplest devices:

  • lamp;
  • transparent tape;
  • two pieces of braid;
  • kapron tights;
  • ice cubes;
  • saucepan with hot water.

The whole process consists of several stages:

  1. First the usual a raw egg look under the light of a lantern and make sure it is transparent.
  2. Then completely seal the surface with tape. This must be done carefully so as not to damage the shell.
  3. Place the product inside the tights and tie them tightly at the sides. This is necessary so that the egg does not change its position.
  4. Taking the tights on both sides with both hands, carefully unwind them. This must be done within a few minutes.
  5. After cutting the braid, get the egg and once again enlighten it with a lantern. The product must not be translucent.
  6. Now you can put it in a saucepan with hot water and cook it in the usual way.
  7. Place the finished egg immediately in a bowl with ice.

After cleaning the shell, you can see that the yolk and protein have changed places. This is where the centrifuge effect comes into play.

Opinion from outside

Many people don't even know how to boil an egg with the yolk out. Feedback from those who have personally tried one of the proposed methods suggests that this technology is not at all useless. Original products can be used both for cooking and for decorating different dishes.

It will be quite unusual and very interesting. But in some cases, such modified ingredients exclude the possibility of cooking some dishes. For example, homogeneous egg mass completely unsuitable for stuffing. There is no free space in it, which should remain after removing the yolk. In addition, it turns out to be completely impossible to prepare the filling itself, in which it is one of the components. But such eggs can be used as a decoration or an original addition. They can be cut into thin circles, slices or straws, which cannot be done with a product cooked in the usual way. Such blanks will look spectacular on sandwiches, acting as an ingredient and decoration at the same time.
