Very light and delicate cake omelet based. Sauce for spreading "cakes" can be replaced with any cottage cheese or, alternatively, you can mix grated cheese with mayonnaise.

1. Required Products: chicken eggs, ketchup, soy sauce, greens (I have frozen dill), salt, sunflower oil, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, garlic, black pepper.

2. Prepare the filling: mix mayonnaise, cottage cheese, herbs, garlic, pepper until smooth.

3. For one "cake" you will need 3 eggs. For the first cake, combine ketchup and 3 eggs. Salt to taste.

4. Beat the mixture well.

5. Pour the egg mixture into the heated pan. Fry over medium heat under a lid. You don't need to deep fry. The top of the "cake" should grab well.

6. Remove the finished omelet carefully with a spatula and coat with half the sauce.

7. For the second cake, mix 3 eggs and soy sauce.

8. Fry the omelet.

9. Spread the "cake" and coat with the remaining sauce.

10. Mix 3 eggs and greens. Salt to taste.

11. Pour the mixture into the pan and fry under the lid.

12. Lay on top of the previous cakes.

13. Let cool and soak a little and serve.

There is really something in Sweden that refers to Skåne and that is the ”Spettekaka” egg cake. It has become a real attribute of a festive celebration, which is served at weddings or on other special days. "Spettekaka" consists of batter which includes: potato flour, sugar and lots of eggs. During baking, the dough slowly spirals around a wooden skewer, causing the cake to become dry and very brittle, with a flavor that reminds me of cotton candy. According to tradition, it is decorated with glaze - white or colored, depending on in which region of Skåne it was made.

For its manufacturetakes a few hours. To bake a real one"Spettekaka” on open fire , requires extraordinary attention; firstly, you need to watch the cake and, secondly, watch the fire. Therefore, most bakeries bake pyramid cakes over a gas stove, working with which does not require many hands and special attention.

Baking ”Spettekaka” at home is almost impossible. But if someone wants to try, so you can offer a "simplified version" in a conventional stove. It won't be a real pyramid tort, but why not give it a try?

You need to preheat the oven to 225 degrees. grind5 cups granulated sugar With250 g butter- preferably with an electric whisk. Add 5 eggs one at a time, then 5 cups potato flour and mix everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Pour the dough into a pastry bag and through the hole, onto a greased pan, squeeze out the dough - about ½ cm thick. Bake the dough until it hardens. Repeat this process until you have used all the dough. After that, the cake should cool down. Then make frosting: 2 ½ cups powdered sugar, 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Apply the icing pattern to the cake and let it harden. That's it, our cake is ready to serve.
