  • turkey fillet 300 gr.
  • medium carrot 1 pc.

  • small zucchini 0.5 pcs.
  • small onion 1 pc.
  • garlic ½ head
  • parsley 1/2 small bunch
  • funchose ¼ pack (≈60 g)
  • olive oil 1 tsp
  • honey 2 tsp
  • ketchup or tomato sauce 1 tbsp.
  • wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1. Cut the meat into strips about 1 cm thick. Place on a preheated dry frying pan.

Fry for 5 minutes, then salt.

Step 2. While the meat is fried, cut the onion into half rings, and the garlic into small pieces. Add to meat.


Fry for 2 minutes with the addition of a teaspoon of olive oil.
