Spread the dough evenly over the mold by twisting the mold several times clockwise. Put for 25-30 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Cool the finished white biscuit. It will be approximately 1.5 cm in height.
To make chocolate sponge cake, sift flour, cocoa, baking powder together and mix with sugar. Beat eggs, add to dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. Pour the dough into a mold lined with baking paper, turn the mold clockwise several times. Bake chocolate biscuit 20-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Cool the finished biscuit. It will be approximately 3.5 cm in height.
Cut the cooled chocolate biscuit into 2 cakes. white biscuit leave as is, no need to cut it.

To prepare the glaze, mix cocoa and sugar, pour in the cream and, over low heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil (but do not boil). Cool the icing and cover the cake with it.
Chop the walnuts and decorate the sides of the cake.
Prepare jelly as indicated on the package, pour into any mold. When the jelly is set, cut it into pieces and fill the star on the cake. Decorate the holiday cake "February 23" with cocktail cherries, confectionery balls, let it soak and you can serve it to the table.
