  • 3 tablespoons of water;
  • 400 grams of butter.

Cooking:

  1. The frying pan should be put on fire and well calcined. Put the hazelnuts and fry them for about 5-7 minutes, without ceasing to mix them. Next, transfer the nuts to a bag of dense polyethylene and wait until the nuts have completely cooled there. Only then can you shake them. This will get rid of unnecessary husks.
  2. In a bowl with high sides, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. The mass should double in volume. And also a dense, lush foam should appear. After that, put sour cream and continue to beat.
  3. Flour should be sifted through a sieve at least twice and added in portions to egg mass. Pour in the baking powder and mix everything well. The dough should be thick.

Bake together with trimmings for 5-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
