- turkey fillet 600-700 gr.,
- cottage cheese - 150 gr.,
- frozen spinach 200 gr.,

How to cook at home




Cut the turkey fillet into pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Squeeze the thawed spinach in advance and also pass it through a meat grinder.
Cottage cheese can be ground through a fine sieve or scroll through a meat grinder.
Next, we mix all our ingredients: cottage cheese (fatty is best), minced turkey, spinach and chicken eggs. Salt, add spices to taste and breadcrumbs.



After that, beat the minced meat well to firmly combine all the ingredients.



We cover the pan with parchment paper and heat it up.
We form medium cutlets and send them to the pan.






Fry over medium heat on both sides.
