How to fry zucchini with minced meat in a pan

By the way, instead of minced meat, you can use finely chopped meat. It will take a little longer to cook, but the result will be more expressive.

  1. We clean the onion from the husk and chop finely. If the onion turned out to be very caustic, we periodically moisten the knife in cold water.
  2. Heat a frying pan over low heat and add a little vegetable oil. Remember that the more fatty minced meat we choose, the less oil we need.
  3. Add onion and sauté until translucent, stirring occasionally. This will take 3 minutes.
  4. Peel and mince the garlic, then add to the onion. Mix again and fry for another 2 minutes until a characteristic garlic smell appears.
  5. Put mince on the pan. At first, it will be covered with a crust, so you need to constantly break it with a spatula and mix. Fry the minced meat until it becomes homogeneous and loses its red meat color.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. While the minced meat is frying, prepare the zucchini. To do this, we wash them and get rid of excess moisture. Cut them into thick rings, and then into large cubes. Do not make the pieces too small, otherwise they risk turning into a puree.
  8. We add zucchini to the minced meat, now the whole secret of how to fry is not to overdry. When frying the minced meat, juice has already stood out, but if it is not enough, you can add a little water. Stir and leave to fry for another 10 minutes. In the process, you will need to mix 1 or 2 more times.
  9. Finely chop the greens, choose the one that best suits the meat. For lamb, it can be cilantro or tarragon, for chicken - parsley, and it will fit perfectly into a dish with pork green onion. A minute before turning off, add the greens to the minced meat and mix again.
