To prepare the Winter Tale salad for the winter, you will need:

for 4 liters finished product:
tomatoes - 2 kg
sweet pepper - 7 pcs.
garlic - 200 g
cucumbers - 2 kg
sugar - 200 g
salt - 2 tbsp.
vinegar 9% - 80 g
sunflower oil - 150 ml

How to cook salad Winter Tale for the winter:

1. Tomatoes, sweet peppers and garlic should be passed through a meat grinder. Pre-wash the tomatoes and cut into 2-4 parts (to make it easier to grind). Bell pepper we clean from the stalk and seeds, rinse. Divide the garlic into cloves and peel.
2. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and sunflower oil. We mix.
3. We send the resulting tomato mass to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. In the meantime, let's take care of the cucumbers, wash them, cut off the tails. Cut into half rings and send to a saucepan with filling. Boil for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Prepare jars for conservation in advance. We wash them thoroughly, inspect for cracks, chips. We sterilize in any way convenient for you. Boil metal lids.
6. Ready salad hot, lay out in prepared jars and roll up. Then turn it over, wrap it with a warm blanket until it cools completely.

This salad was a revelation for me.

To make it at home, you don’t need a lot of some exotic products, but the result is simply amazing. Be sure to try it, you will surely like it!

Ingredients:

1. Quality veal - 500 gr.

2. Egg- 4 things.

3. Mushrooms (any) - 350 gr.

4. Carrots - 2 pcs.

5. Onion - 1 pc.

By the way, other lean meats can be used instead of veal. For example, I sometimes make such an elegant salad with beef, pork without lard, or even chicken at all, it still turns out delicious.

And you can decorate it with dill, ripe pomegranate seeds, olives - all this will not only give the dish a festive look, but also add vitamins. As for salt, I recommend buying iodized salt, especially for regions with iodine deficiency, it is also very beneficial for the body.

First, prepare the products - they need to be washed and laid out on a work surface so that it is comfortable to work. Now let's start cooking.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the meat thoroughly and cook until fully cooked. We cut into beautiful, neat straws. We spread it in a deep dish and level it - this is the first layer.

2. Lubricate it with mayonnaise.

3. Now we peel the boiled eggs, separate the proteins from the yolks and rub the latter on a grater.

4. Put them on top of the mayonnaise. By the way, if you use homemade mayonnaise, then the taste of the salad will become even better, and beneficial features will increase significantly!

5. Mushrooms (I usually take porcini or champignons, but chanterelles are also suitable) need to be washed, chopped.

Next fry for vegetable oil with onions until done. Then add salt and ground black pepper to them, mix. Use only those mushrooms whose quality and freshness you are 100% sure of, otherwise poisoning is possible!

6. Put our mushrooms on the yolk

7. Grease a little with mayonnaise on top.

8. Boiled carrots cut into strips or three on a grater, this is the third layer, which is also treated with sauce.
