5. We start roasting meat. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan (cauldron), spread the pork, mix thoroughly, cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes.


6. In the meantime, fry the mushrooms in a dry frying pan, stir occasionally. When the water evaporates, splash a small amount of vegetable oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the cream into the prepared champignons, simmer for 5 minutes.


7. Prepare the potatoes, add salt, black pepper, seasoning for potatoes and pour sunflower oil, stir well.


8. 30 minutes have passed in the cauldron, add onions to the pork, also add spices, salt, pepper.

  • Turkey fillet - 750 gr.
  • Champignons - 1 kg.

  • Salt - to taste
  • Suneli hops - to taste

Cooking method:

1. To begin with, let's put the potatoes in their uniforms to boil, at this stage we do not salt it. When ready, remove from the stove, pour out the water and let cool.


2. Peel the onion from unnecessary husks and finely chop, pour into a pan with oil and fry until golden brown. We will also cut the champignon mushrooms into small pieces, after washing and cleaning them. Then add to the golden onion.
