So, we prepare the main necessary ingredients

Any piece of pork is suitable as meat for cooking, in my case it is meat for goulash, there was simply no other in the store today. Cut the pork into thin strips, preferably along the fibers.


We put it in a preheated pan and add a little oil, depending on how lean your meat is.

Fry the meat until the liquid has completely evaporated. At this time, cut the onion into half rings, the thinner they are, the better.

And add it to the already fried meat.

We mix.

And fry until golden onion.

Now pour the resulting water so that the meat is completely covered.

Turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid.

Thus, the meat is stewed until almost all the water has evaporated in it.

Then add water again.

We cover with a lid.

And again we are waiting for the almost complete disappearance of water.

Put the tomato paste, salt, pepper and bay leaf into the meat.

  1. Grind the pulp into medium-sized slices;
  2. Chop the onion;
