  7. Fry the meatballs in a pan on both sides until a beautiful golden crust. The fire must be medium, otherwise the meatballs risk burning.


  8. At this time, turn on the oven at 200 ° C so that it warms up well. Transfer the fried meatballs to a baking dish, greased with a little vegetable oil.


  9. Do not pour out the oil on which the meatballs were fried, do not even turn off the fire. Pour 200 ml of sour cream into the pan and mix the contents well. Also, add the previously crushed garlic to the pan, mix and turn off the heat.


  10. Pour the meatballs with the resulting sauce. Gently spread the sauce over the surface of the meatballs so that they are all covered with liquid in the end.


  11. Grate 150 g on a fine grater hard cheese and sprinkle them with meatballs with sauce on top.
