1. Put the water to boil and then cut the vegetables: three carrots, and cut the onions and potatoes.

2. Pour a spoon into the pan vegetable oil and send the carrots and onion cubes to be sautéed.

3. Add spices and salt to minced meat. Very fragrant meatballs are obtained with zira.

4. Ready-made balls must be lowered into a boiling broth to prevent them from turning into porridge.
