1. First, let's prepare the dough. Everything is simple here. We diluted the yeast with warm milk, added a pinch of sugar (yeast also wants to eat deliciously) and waited until they come to life. You will see a lot of bubbles on the surface of the milk. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, olive oil and milk with yeast. We knead the dough. You will get an elastic, not very steep and completely non-sticky dough. By the way, I used to make dough in water, and now in milk. With milk, the dough turns out tastier, and the difference in taste is immediately noticeable, despite the fact that I have been preparing pizza for a long time. We cover the container with the test cling film and put in a dry warm place for an hour.

2. For now, let's get on with the sauce. Scald the tomato, by the way, the tomato for the filling can also be scalded immediately, after making a cross-shaped incision on both. Remove the skin and cut into smaller cubes. We put a small frying pan over medium heat, pour in literally a tablespoon of olive oil, tomato juice from a can of tomatoes, add tomatoes and spices. By the way, here was my mistake, the spices should have been added at the next stage, so do not repeat my mistakes. So, first we fry the tomatoes a little, and then we evaporate the excess liquid over low heat for literally 7 minutes, well, maybe 10.

3. It's time to send the tomatoes to the blender, add garlic to them, I cut it into slices, although it was possible to add it whole. And here it would be necessary to add spices, but as you remember, I hurried and added them earlier. Beat everything until smooth and pour in another tablespoon of olive oil. You will notice how the sauce will lighten up even before the oil is added, thanks to the garlic. After you add the oil, the sauce will become even lighter. This is normal, don't worry.

4. It's time to roll out the dough. Traditionally, we roll it into a circle according to your shape, but this time we make it a little larger, because we will put cheese on the sides of the pizza. Yes, yes, it’s cheese, so the sides will become much tastier, and you won’t need to cut them off and throw them away, I know that a lot of people do this. So, for this, we cut a part of the cheese into small sticks and lay them around the perimeter of the pizza. It is more convenient to do this when the dough is already on the form, so it will be easier for you to lay out the cheese, and the shape of the pizza will turn out even.

5. We wrap the sides, as we did in the recipe for a pie with lungs, that is, not perpendicular to the plane of the dough, but at an angle of 45 degrees. So it will be more convenient and more beautiful. Lubricate the dough with sauce. It is lubricated, it is not worth pouring.

6. It's time to lay out the filling. We have already scalded the tomato, it remains to remove the peel from it and cut into circles. Be sure to remove the seeds.
