Ingredients:

  • Water - 600 ml.
  • Sugar - 30 g.
  • Butter - 50 g.
  • Vegetable oil - 50 g for the dough and 40 g for the filling;
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons;
  • Flour - 1000 g.
  • Dry yeast - 11 g.
  • Chicken eggs - 6-7 pcs.
  • Green onions - 400 g.

The amount of products is designed for a huge pie. If you want a thin pie, small in area, then you can use half as many of all the ingredients.

Step by step cooking

Kneading yeast dough

  1. In a cup, mix with warm water sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and yeast. Let stand 10 minutes for the yeast to revive.
  2. Add one egg and 50 ml. vegetable oil. Whisk.
  3. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly.
  4. Knead the dough with your hands. It should be uniform and elastic.
  5. Leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise. Can be covered with cling film.

Egg and Onion Stuffing

  1. Boil eggs. Wash green onions and finely chop.
  2. Peel the eggs, and then finely chop with a knife and send to the onion.
  3. Salt.
  4. Melt butter, mix it with vegetable, and then pour it all over the eggs and onions.
  5. To stir thoroughly green onion with eggs.

Cake shaping and baking

Dough:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 400 ml of kefir;
  • tsp salt;
  • tsp Sahara;
  • ½ tsp soda;
  • 250 gr flour;
  • 3 art. l. fast. oils.

To begin with, we combine all the ingredients with a mixer, except for the flour. We work with a whisk for several minutes. Then add flour and beat again until all flour lumps are dissolved. Lastly, add the oil, mix for just a minute.

Filling:

  • a bunch of onion feathers;
  • jar canned fish(saury or sardines);
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt and pepper.

We put the eggs to boil. Meanwhile, rinse the onion feathers and chop with a knife. Drain the liquid from the canned food, leaving just a couple of teaspoons - with them it will be easier to mash the fish with a fork, but at the same time a large number of liquid can make the cake too "wet", watery.

We also chop the boiled eggs. Mix, salt and pepper.

We grease the form with oil, lay out half the dough, the filling and fill it with the rest of the dough. Smooth the surface with a silicone spatula.

Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

On a note. The readiness of the pie can be checked with a toothpick - pierce the middle of the pie with it. If it stays dry, then the cake is ready.

Jellied pie with egg, green onions and potatoes

We suggest making a pie with potatoes, but add it not to the filling, but to the dough. This will make the cake quite unusual in taste.

  • sour cream - 200 ml;
  • flour - 350 gr;
  • oil sl. - 50 gr;
  • mashed potatoes - 500 gr;
  • a pinch of baking powder;

Put the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Combine it with mashed potatoes, sour cream and egg. Mix well with a fork. After introducing the grated cheese, mix again and at the end add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Mix. The consistency will be quite thick. If the dough came out too steep, you can add a couple more tablespoons of sour cream and an egg.

Prepare the filling by chopping a boiled egg and onion.

Based on puff pastry

  • finished puff pastry- 450 gr;
  • boiled eggs - 3;
  • onion feathers - 5-7 units;
  • chicken yolk.

Chop eggs and onions, mix. You can salt a little.

Defrost the dough, divide into two layers and roll out. Put an equal amount of filling on one half of the layer, leaving the edges free. Cover with the second half, carefully pinch the edges. Beat the yolk, grease the puffs with it. We spread the pies on a baking sheet sprinkled with a thin layer of flour. Bake for a third of an hour at 180 degrees.

Quick recipe for kefir

The kefir pie turns out to be very airy thanks to the fermented milk product.

Filling:

  • eggs - 5 units, hard boiled;
  • green onion - 200 gr;
  • fast. oil - 70 gr;
  • hammer pepper. - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp

Dough:

  • kefir - 400 ml;
  • drain. oil - 70 gr;
  • egg - 2;
  • salt and sugar - ½ tsp each;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • flour - 270 gr.

For registration:

  • yolk;
  • milk is a table. l.

The filling is prepared unrealistically quickly: boiled eggs and chop the onion feathers in medium size, mix with the rest of the ingredients. Oil is needed for the juiciness of the filling.

  • 4 table eggs;
  • 250 gr natural yogurt without additives;
  • ½ tsp. salt and soda;
  • 2 bunches of green onions;
  • 7 table. l. flour.

Beat yogurt with a mixer raw eggs. The mass will become light and slightly frothy. Now you can salt, add soda with flour. Again work with a mixer. Leave for a quarter of an hour in a warm place.

Prepare the filling: cut boiled eggs and onion into medium cubes, mix together. You can salt a little.
