Green onion cut into rings. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan, add the tomatoes, the remaining chopped onion, pepper, salt and simmer under a closed lid for a couple of minutes.

We take out the boiled green peas from the broth and grind through a fine sieve to make a puree. If possible, you can use a blender. Put the pea puree into the broth, add salt if necessary and mix everything gently. Pour the finished soup into bowls, lay out the fried bacon, green onions and sour cream.
The soup is simply amazing!
