8. Bake stuffed squid about 25 minutes in the oven at 180°C.

1. Crab sticks, contrary to the legalized technology of their production, have a different composition. The list of ingredients of the expensive product includes surimi and white salmon, which fully complies with international standards. If, instead of a noble white fish, the package indicates, for example, herring or tuna, then this is an ersatz made bypassing GOST. It is not considered harmful, but you can’t call it tasty either. The lowest organoleptic qualities of a product with a three-month (or more) shelf life. The best substitute for crab meat is sold exclusively chilled, not frozen.

2. So that the filling does not spill out of the chopped squid, each ring on both sides is smeared with melted spread or butter. This is done very carefully - with a soft culinary brush or a silicone spatula. The lubricant layer should be the thinnest.

Once the water boils, immediately reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook rice for 7-10 minutes, and then, without opening the lid, leave it for 5-10 minutes.

Protein boiled egg finely chop and put into a bowl with boiled rice.

Add chopped crab sticks to the filling to taste. Defrost sweet peppers in advance, cut into cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients.
