It turns out really tasty - a little spicy, thanks to Korean carrots, but also thoroughly - because of the cheese. And crab sticks and greens fit perfectly into the overall picture. Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of thin pita bread;
  • 100 g crab sticks;
  • 70 g of carrots in Korean;

Grate crab sticks or cut very finely. Boil rice and eggs in advance, by the time the dish is cooked, the products should be completely cool. Three eggs on a grater. Mix eggs with rice and chopsticks.

  • 4 eggs;

  • 3 sheets of thin pita bread;
  • 100 gr. crab sticks;
  • 200 gr. slightly salted salmon or other red fish;
  • 1 bunch of lettuce;
  • 0.5 pod bell pepper;
  • 150 gr. soft processed cheese;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • dry ground garlic to taste.

Mix melted cheese with dry ground garlic. Can be added to cheese fresh garlic, which must first be cleaned, crushed and ground.

We cut the sheets of pita bread so that we get three identical rectangles. Wash lettuce and dry well. Bulgarian pepper cut into very thin strips. Cut crab sticks the same way. If there is no time to mess with cutting, we rub the sticks on a grater.

We spread one sheet of pita bread, grease it with half the cheese. Then evenly lay out the bell pepper straws and crab sticks.

If you prefer hot appetizers to cold ones, make a fried crab stick roll.

  • 2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 200 gr. crab sticks;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 bunch of greens;
  • 1 tablespoon flour;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 200 gr. cottage cheese or soft processed cheese;
  • salt to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

We will cook not one big roll, but many small rolls. To do this, we cut the sheets of pita bread into identical squares, we choose the size of the squares ourselves. You can make small rolls, literally "two bites", or you can cook larger rolls.

Mince garlic and mix with cheese. Finely chop the crab sticks, do the same with greens. raw eggs beat with salt and flour.

Lubricate a square of pita bread with garlic cheese, then put some crab sticks and greens. Roll the squares into tight rolls.

Dip the prepared rolls in the egg mixture and put in a pan with preheated vegetable oil fry on all sides until golden brown. These rolls are best served immediately after cooking, but they are quite tasty cold.

  • 1 sheet of thin pita bread;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 200 gr. crab sticks;
  • 1 can (160-180 gr.) natural canned fish with the addition of oil (tuna, mackerel, sardines);
  • 1 bunch of dill;
  • mayonnaise to taste.

Four eggs set to boil hard boiled. When they are cooked, cool and clean them. Crab sticks, without defrosting, rub on a fine grater. If the sticks are chilled, then they are rubbed badly on a grater, then they can be chopped very finely with a knife.

We also rub the boiled eggs on a grater. We open a can of canned fish, take them out of the filling and knead them with a fork, removing large bones if they come across. Can be cut into pieces canned fish in a blender.

In the process of baking, you can grease the roll with an egg 1-2 more times to form a beautiful crust.
